You see ehn Itzneowizy When you sign up for the Android one program, just keep to the "common" agreement of timely updates, thats the reason for android one in the first place since the phones are bloat free, but i wonder why Infinix finds it difficult to send out these updates, the answer is simple, Infinix phones are far below standard that why modifications (by updates) worsens its functionality, thats why note 5 was a total thrash after pie update that some had to downgrade to oreo, even xclub moderators adviced this downgrade at carlcare.

Updates are suppose to improve a phone not worsen it Itzneowizy anyway there is never going to be a solution to this mans issue because its Infinix, the problem stays even after the next update

You started this and am surprised you are forming saint, the moderator of this section sef has seen it all and the truth they say is bitter, and from what you are saying, it shows its trully bitter.
The most important thing is that you wanted a challenge and i gave you that. All this points are the truth, you can check the links if you doubt it, am not lying on Infinix or you and your friends.

You forgot that you posted this abi, if you like edit it, it has been mentioned several times, am responding to this and the challenge continues. You like to abuse, i won't abuse you and infact i have never done that, i present the facts like you have been seeing and you don't have any evidence to dispute it. if u throw your dirty thrash i will throw mine back. Even here on nairaland sef, the complains are just so endless, so Itzneowizy you will continue see why i said Infinix is a thrash

Listen credon, I understand and agree your point about maintaining a healthy debate. However I really think you're soiling that good point of yours with bias. Yes, you're very biased if I must be sincere with you.

Here is my reason for you and those who care to know:

1. Your comment about my view on Nairaland has shown that you didn' get the point I was trying to make. Instead, you went ahead claiming I 'goofed, i had a misguided opinion of nairaland and so on. Anyways i dont have a problem with that since that's the way you understand my view about nairaland.

2. From the start, i didn't feel like repying the Infinix haters but I was compelled by incessant hate speech and insults meted out at not only the brand but also the users. Those you've mentioned and praised as being matured actually started the rant and name calling. At a point I even had to apologise to one of them for using the word 'l**ser' but did you see that? No!

At some other comment, i told them it's okay, they're right, let's move on and stop derailing the thread. Who listened? Infinix haters? None. They'd rather mention you from now till next year just to make a single point.

3. If indeed you were following everyone's comment concerning this matter (subject: infinix phones are crap - By some self acclaimed concerned tech gurus) you would understand that my point has always been that Infinix isn't the crap people paint it to be. I even made it clear in a post that Infinix and Xiaomi phones CANNOT be compared because they do not belong to the same class. I have never compared the S4 to any phone. All I'm saying is that the Infinix S4 is a nice device or am i not entitled to my opinion? So where exactly is the 'Infinix S4 is better than the RN7'?

The subject of debate is:

Am attacking Infinix phones before i came under attack and so i responded, Itzneowizy started this new dimension to the debate. If you check my comments, i never insulted anybody even when they insulted me and my mother, i kept it clean and focused on Infinix

You can check Jumia for an idea of phones that fall within that range but I think there are quite a number of Transsion products (Itel, Infinix and Tecno) that falls within that price range. I mean good looking and good-for-the price devices. You can as well get unpopular brands but i won't advise that. You should consider one that has guarranteed customer support that is within your reach.

Well that's your opinion though and it doesn't mean I have to believe you or that it has to be true. I've used Infinix phones that I actually enjoyed without issues. Besides my testimony, I'm quite certain there are people out there who use transsion products and have never had any reason to call it 'crap'. Since there exist at least one user who does/do not have problem with transsion products therefore the statement 'transsion products are crappy' is invalid. Hence the supposed crappiness of transsion products is subjective and not meant to be seen as being general.

oh my. An me will advice them to remain there and never to use iphone, samsung nokia, etc. Chai, even where redmi 7 is there, they say s4 is a better option...they talk of parts and am like no wonder the transsion phones spoil easily because the people supplying parts have to make money.

I've used tecno, Infinix and I'm currently using an HTC 10. So you can see that some of us seeing the good in transsion product aren't doing so out of ignorance or because we're simply dwelling in the dark.

I preferred my HTC 10 to any other mtk device (not just transsion product this time) or to some Qualcomm devices because of its developer base in terms of tweaking and custom ROM availability.

I don't buy and use a phone because it's worldwide, it's unbreakable, it cait can't drop, it has timely update, best camera in the market bla bla bla. I buy and use a phone for what I need it for and what I can get from it.

P.S: Even before using Infinix phones, I've used few HTC phones. I can give you list if you want I'm an HTC fan yet I've never regretted using the Infinix hot, hot 2, hot 5 ( the hot series were my favourities then) to the Infinix note 4 pro.

I sold them because I hate sticking to one device for too long.

My verdict: Transsion products are not the best in the Africa market but they are definitely not the worst. So is Xiaomi

You're right. Tecno and Infinix are actually similar devices under different name, packaging and pricing

For Itel, I agree with you o. Itel phones used to be the worst phones (with their stupid SPD chipsets) but not anymore. Itel phones have improved greatly in terms of spec and design o. For example the Itel P32 has been the first Itel phone to impress me considering the historic wacky standard of itels. However they still have a lot to improve on sepecially in their camera department.

Haters will hate, haters will always be bitter, buy ur device and enjoy every bit of it, the so called ask them what their heaven on earth device can do dat u crapy device can't do,las las Transion still remain king in the Africa market.
