A statement of account without the authorized signature and stamp of the bank wont look too good to the VOs cos they may think its nt Authentic, so I will advise you get the stamped and signed SOA and then scan it with a good scanner, thats what everybody here have been doing.. I dont understand the bolded tho, why wont a scanned hard copy be clear? Get ur hard copy SOA and scan with HP Scanjet pro in case u dnt have a good scanner.. Cos a SOA without an Authorized signature and Stamp wont sell well to the VO.. Ma 2 cents.. Peace

Is it OK to use the soft copy of statement of account that is not signed and stamped.
This is because my bank sent to me the bank statement to my mail. They said it only be signed if it hard copy.
I also discovered the the soft copy is clearer that the scanned hard copy.

Can cars serve as personal assets? Then can Mum swear am affidavit that he will gain ownership of her landed property upon her demise? Because this certificate of occupancy/change of ownership I heard takes a long time.
You can use deed of agreement and survey in Place if C OF O.. cars can also serve tho I am not 100percent sure, but also house rent receipt and agreement can also serve. Yes you can also use that affidavit.

And please what makes it harsh? As you can see, the applicant in question appreciated my response and identified a moniker’s response he/she sees as being harsh. So pls explain better.

Ok.

Good morning, please I need advise on how to tackle a refusal reason on personal assets and financial status.
NB. My bro has no landed properties or business (father’s properties out of the picture).
He submitted SOA of approx N5m with about $6k in his dollar account. Given scholarship of $5k and paid TA position in his department worth $5k per semester also.

hello brothers and sisters,

A study permit application was submitted last month and the applicant will stay in the campus so the letter of $40 non-refundable campus accommodation application fee was also submitted.

Now school demanded confirmation deposit of $400 to secure the room for the fall semester and this has been paid now and letter of accommodation deposit confirmation issued.

Please my question is do I need to email this document to cic or its not important since they have the $40 application fee letter. If am to email, to which email address please.

Thanks.
Please send it to cic ASAP. you can get the email address from their site or search here to get it(it's been posted already)

it's very possible to get visa, you will need a well detailed/convincing SOP. Include your CV, reference, attestation letter or proof of your involvement in early years education.
Pls don't talk about your kids studying in Canada in your sop.
I won't dare it...jst saying it here..tnx for the advice..hugs

it's better you submit the stamped copy, that proves the authenticity of the document.

I know if you have a current account at GT bank, you can log into your internet banking portal and print a stamped statement from there. You can present this at the embassy.

Hello e-family, Please I need the advise of the GURU's in the house. I did paper application for SOWP on the 15th of Feb'19. I got a medical request on the 13th of May. Successfully sent the medical e-copy back to them that same day since I did up-front medical. Got Biometric validation mail on the 23rd of May. I was able to link my application online and saw that Medical was past on the 15th of May. I have not heard from them since then and my status still reads we are processing your application.
My worry now is..how long will it take to hear from them since they have my passport.
We had already planned a trip this summer to the UK for a family event on the 24th of July and we have valid visa.
Today makes the application 17weeks.
Would it be advisable to write or just wait and believe that we will get our passport back before that date.
Thanks for your usual response.

Application refused for the third time!
Timeline:
Submission: April 2
BMC: May 2
Refusal: June 13

Refusal reasons:
Purpose of Visit, Travel history and Personal assets and financial status.

I have gotten another admission for winter 2020 and I have ordered my GCMS for better understanding of the refusal.

Every comment is welcomed to help forestall this menace.

If you believe strongly in the grace of God Almighty, as you punch the LIKE BUTTON may heaven intervene in your application and may your application find favour in the sight of the visa officer. So shall it be in Jesus name.... AMEN!

Your Case is settled forever... Go and Rejoice.

God loves an organized and orderly process. God cannot force an immigration officer to give you visa if your paperwork is not in order.

Please go to the branch of your bank and ask them to print out a copy for you, stamp and sign it. That way you will be on a safe side and avoid any doubt from the VO.
