here's the breakdown of the trip

Air ticket (846 pounds)

intra city transport (50 pounds)

sight seeing (55 pounds)

Shopping ( 100 pounds )

feeding ( nil )

Accommodation ( nil )

Miscellaneous ( 30 pounds)

Total is 1,110 pounds =506,054 @ oanda rate

my cousin who is inviting me will take care of

feeding and accommodation.

please tell me if I can add or subtract

For accommodation, please attach everything to show your cousin can comfortably house you.. all those tenancy agreements, utility bill etc.... also remember to provide proof like pictures together, documents or anything to prove your relationship to this individual as well

There’s a guideline on TLS website specifying the documents for each category, you can check it.

If it were me thoughI would shelve the shopping bill...... it is not compulsory you have shopping bill... you can also reduce your flight ticket bill.. you have almost equiv of 397k for flight tx... it can be lesser

@justwise, pls advice. I plan on applying for the renewal of my 2-yr UK visa. The balance in my savings account is usually low just about N350k monthly because I always invest my money in mutual funds.
1)Would this be a problem even though I attach my ARM statement of account?
2) Would it also be a problem if I redeemed funds say N1m directly from my ARM investments to my saving account just for the purpose of this trip? Of course I plan to write a letter of explanation.
I have a rich travel history even just renewed my US visa via the dreaded 221g interview process.
Would they understand that they’re people who just don’t keep idle funds in their savings account when the money can be put to work? Thanks.
