alBHAGDADI:
You are daft and a false witness.

Is the symbolic always exactlyike the real deal? When the old testament used lamb sacrifice to symbolized Jesus who died for us, did that mean Jesus is actually a lamb/animal?

So what makes you think Gehena as it was known in the symbolic will be totally exactly like the Gehena Jesus spoke of?

While the dumpsite in Jerusalem only burnt the bodies of criminals, the Gehena called hell fire burnt the body and soul. It burns the soul for a reason. Perhaps, what you are saying is that if we go to Gehena in Jerusalem today, we will see the souls of men there grin

Jesus clearly stated that Gehena is an everlasting punishment, and that's why we should fear God. If we fear men at the expense of fearing God, it means we are unrighteous.

If we fear men because of what they do to the body, then we will suffer what God does to not only the body but the soul.

You claim Gehena is where

Mark 9:43 NWT (Jehovah's False Witnesses BIBLE)
43 “If ever your hand makes you stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed than to go off with two hands into Ge·henʹna, into the fire that cannot be put out.

As seen above, your false bie even calls Gehena a fire that can never quench. Let me ask you, is there still Gehena in Jerusalem today? Capital no grin

Then how come your Bible says the fire can never be quenched? grin

Shouldn't it be clear to you at this juncture that the Gehena of the new testament is not that dumpsite in Jerusalem. The dumpsite in Jerusalem doesn't exist anymore, so where is Jesus warning us not to go to in Mark 9:48?

Look, I can see that your daftness is inspired by your false believe of souls not dieing. That's why you are finding it difficult to accept the obvious truth. I'll end this argument with you because your intention is to derail the thread.
alB pharisee na today Jesus made those Gehenna statements in the scriptures?

More LIES and excuses of alB Pharisee !

gehenna.htm

Easton's Bible Dictionary
(originally Ge bene Hinnom; i.e., "the valley of
the sons of Hinnom"wink, a deep, narrow glen to
the south of Jerusalem, where the idolatrous
Jews offered their children in sacrifice to
Molech ( 2 Chronicles 28:3 ; 33:6 ; Jeremiah
7:31 ; 19:2 -6). This valley afterwards became
the common receptacle for all the refuse of
the city. Here the dead bodies of animals and
of criminals, and all kinds of filth, were cast
and consumed by fire kept always burning. It
thus in process of time became the image of
the place of everlasting destruction. In this
sense it is used by our Lord in Matthew 5:22 ,
29, 30; 10:28 ; 18:9 ; 23:15 , 33; Mark 9:43 ,
45, 47; Luke 12:5 . In these passages, and
also in James 3:6 , the word is uniformly
rendered "hell," the Revised Version placing
"Gehenna" in the margin.

FOR EMPHASIS:

"This valley afterwards became the
common receptacle for all the refuse of

** In Jesus time Gehenna was in use , in stark reality Gehenna was the place of destruction of filth and criminals when Jesus was on earth.
Jesus explained that what happened to filth and criminals in Gehenna will happen to wicked people in future..
2Thess1:7-9 "Disobedient and wicked people will suffer the punishment of everlasting destruction" as it was in Gehenna.

** alB Pharisee, answer my 3 questions below wey you dey dodge...

alB Pharisees, Jerusalem's filth and
dead criminals dey torment in Gehenna?
Is Gehenna a place of torment?
Was anyone ever tormented in Gehenna ?

$$$ Gehenna is NOT a place of perpetual,
everlasting torment, that's what Jesus is
saying.
Jesus Christ was not even talking about
hellfire,it doesn't exist !###

does your church refund your sacrifice/
offering back to you?

** Answer my question first, the one above.
Here, I quote your three Scriptures so that we can read in context, then I'll answer your question.

Heb 10:10-12:
"By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest stands daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;"

How was the body of Jesus sacrificed? Through the shedding of his blood! The shedding of the blood cannot occur without the breaking of his body.
That is why Jesus said:
1Cor 11:24:
"And when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body , which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me."

Eph 5:1-2:
"Be you therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and has given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling smell."

This Scripture refer not specifically to Jesus body, so, I'll let it slide.

John 6:47-59:
"Truly, truly, I say to you, He that believes on me has everlasting life. I am that bread of life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? Then Jesus said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, dwells in me, and I in him. As the living Father has sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eats me, even he shall live by me. This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eats of this bread shall live for ever. These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum."

Except you insinuate that believers ate the body of Christ that's why no one know where the body of Christ is.

Now to your question:

When you give offering or sow a seed
(it's a sacrifice too)in your church ,
does your church refund your sacrifice/
offering back to you?

Can't you see how dumb this question is? Does anyone Crucify offering in the church? Is an offering buried in the church?

Let me tell you where the offerings go to: they never disappear from existence.
Some is given out to church members in need for their use!
Some is used to pay the Pastor's and other church workers salary!
Some is saved in the bank?
Some is given back to church members to purchase things needed in their Fellowships?
Some is used to settle utility bills!

In other words, the money still gets spent by church members who gave the offering.

I have answered your question even though it is very dumb and not in the same class or category. It was Christ who gave Himself as an offering to God not any human being. So, the church offering thing does not werk!

Now, let me tell you what sacrificial lamb offerings are disposed in the OT
1. The Priest could burn everything by Fire
Lev 1:9: "But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet smell to the LORD."
2. The Priest could eat the sacrifice
Lev 7:15: "And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning."
3. It could be treated as a "scapegoat"
Lev 16:10: "But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness."

Jesus body was buried, his body was buried, his spirit materialised! What happened to his body?

Janosky:
And this:
Hebrew 10:10,Ephesians 5:2, do you Mr Shade, believe that Jesus body was a sacrifice /offering ?
I will respond to your questions as soon as you answer mine above..
shalom Aleichem.
How was Jesus body a sacrificed? I have explained it above. It was broken for us!

1Cor 11:24:
"And when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me."

Isa 53:5:
"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed."

The bible emphatically said that Jesus ROSE from the dead!
Acts 10:41: "Not to all the people, but to witnesses chosen before God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead."

Rom 14:9: "For to this end Christ both died, and rose , and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living."

1Cor 15:12: "Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?"

To rise can only mean one thing: standing up from a down position

alBHAGDADI:
1 Corinthians 15:44
it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.

Paul said there's a spiritual and a natural body. If both contain the same components, then there won't be any need for then to go by different names. But since they are similar in certain ways and also different in certain ways, then we see the need for having different names. One has blood while the other doesn't

All those who were resurrected back to life in the Bible came back with their natural body which had blood which is the life of the flesh cos they had to live on. Example is Lazarus. And thats why they all later died. But Jesus resurrected in a spiritual body which didn't have blood, and that is the same kind of body we will resurrect in and never be prone to death again.

1 Corinthians 15:20 King James Version (KJV)
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

According to you, you expect Jesus to resurrect a natural man again. That will still make him prone to death like Lazarus who came back a natural man and later died. When we christians resurrect, we are going to be as Jesus is, in a spiritual body which can never die again.

The natural body is prone to death, diseases sickness, while the spiritual body is not. If this difference is not enough to answer your question, then you are dumb for believing that Jesus resurrected in a natural body and will also resurrect his disciples in their natural body to face those flaws again. Can you see how dumb your reasoning is?

Your problem is that you lack understanding of the difference between the natural and the spiritual body. You even couldn't defend all your doctrines which the OP debunked here. All you've been doing is going about asking questions already answered by the OP. Read the OP again with a careful mind.
Good explanation bro. More knowledge and insight

Can you see how nicely you avoided the Scripture John 2:19-21?
Only to concentrate on another set of Scripture taken out of context.

1Cor 15:38-54:
"But God gives it a body as it has pleased him, and to every seed his own body. All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differs from another star in glory. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. However, that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory."

What is this Scripture saying?
At Resurection, our Physical Bodies will not be subject to Physical limitations. The same natural body buried in corruption is RAISED not REPLACED with a different body

If you are still confused, Paul says in verses 51-52 that we shall NOT all die but shall be CHANGED at the last trump AND those who are dead would be raised incorruptible!

1Cor 15:51-52:
"Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."

1. If some will not die but be transformed, what is getting transformed? Is it their Physical bodies or their spiritual bodies?

2. How is this glorified bodies different from Jesus at Resurection?

Your second Scripture:

1Pet 3:18-20:
"For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: By which also he went and preached to the spirits in prison; Which sometime were disobedient, when once the long-suffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water."

Quickened in the Spirit BY WHICH he went and PREACHED to the spirits in prison (hell/where the rich man is) as far back as to the days of Noah!
The passage isn't speaking about Resurection!

You see how you Organisation decieved you by not properly quoting Scriptures in context to you. If you had presented the Scriptures in full, you'll have seen the errors hidden from you.

My post again and the John2:19-21 you were supposed to correlate your answers with. Please not the highlights in bold!

Matthew 28:18-20 wink
pharisee false jw max

Mat 28:18  And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Mat 28:19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

we baptise in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost
in other words we baptise in the name of God - the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost

Father and Son is God:

Joh 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The Holy Ghost is God:

Act 5:1  But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
Act 5:2  And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
Act 5:3  But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
Act 5:4  Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God
Act 5:5  And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.
Act 5:6  And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
Act 5:7  And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.
Act 5:8  And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.
Act 5:9  Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
Act 5:10  Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband.

The Spirit of the Lord is of course the Lord:

Joh_4:24  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Jer 23:24  Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.

The LORD is everywhere, His Spirit is everywhere

Mat 28:20  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded

of course Jesus never commanded to teach that He is "a god" or a angel
Jesus never commanded to teach that His body was not raised, like he taught it would be, etc. etc. etc.

oh lying false jw max

Joh 2:19  Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
Joh 2:20  Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
Joh 2:21  But he spake of the temple of his body
Joh 2:22  When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

of course only God could raise His body, as scripture shows

Janosky keeps shouting "Jesus didn't come get back to get the ransom he gave".

That's the same as saying Jesus is powerless and has limits to what he can do. But below is Jesus saying all power has been given to him on Earth and in Heaven, which definitely includes the power to take back his body.

Matthew 28:18 (KJV)
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Same Jesus whom you've been trying to say neglected his body after resurrection actually didn't do such. That's because he stated below that he will raise his body again.

John 2:19-21
19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

Jesus passed through the human process of gestation prior to his birth. He was born of a woman, he calls himself. "son of man".
That speaks volumes.
Then he stop being a spirit at some point, how come?

To go with your logic simply means God didn't send anything...because something from what God sent must remain in the human nature.

Now you agree that Jesus called Himself Son of man speaks volume but go through the story of Stephen while being stoned to death, what did he see?

The scripture says "and he said: “Look! I see the heavens opened up and the Son of man standing at God’s right hand.” NWT

So for Stephen to call the resurrected Christ Son of man when he saw him in heaven should tell you that Jesus was still with His flesh not spirit.

Even John in revelation saw Jesus as Son of man.

Most astonished among them is Apostle Paul calling Jesus Christ "MAN" when he said "there is only one mediator between God and man, the MAN Jesus"

Only a brainwashed person like you will agree that Paul is calling a spirit man

I know your narration will change again....

** Angels simply used their God given supernatural powers to appear to men with a human body temporarily for the mission they were sent to do.
But the case of Christ must be different since he doesn't have such supernatural power. Meanwhile, He is the one who created everything and still sustain the UNIVERSE by His power.

See this article about Jesus from your publication:

"4 So before being born on earth as a man Jesus had been in heaven as a mighty spirit person. He had a spirit body invisible to man, just as God has."

https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1101989096

"3 Jehovah transferred the life of Jesus from heaven to the womb of Mary by means of holy spirit."

https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/wp20121201/why-did-god-send-jesus

This first says Jesus had a "SPIRITUAL BODY" and the second says "Jehovah TRANSFERRED the LIFE of Jesus"

1. Where was Jesus spiritual body?
2. You mean Jehovah killed the person of Micheal by only TRANSFERRING His Life (let me watch something here, you may shot yourself in the legs)

shadeyinka:

You and the Moslems are one in this regard. If Jesus resurrected with his spiritual body, what happened to his physical body? You don't know the answer!

If it was the spirit of Jesus that materialized, you must know what happened to His body!

Moreover the bible explicitly said that Jesus rose from the dead and not that Jesus body materialized from his spirit.

Acts 10:41:
"Not to all the people, but to witnesses chosen before God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead."
Jesus rose from the dead just like Lazarus rose from the dead.

Resurrection of the dead is not a spiritual Resurection bod a Physical Resurection. Hence Jesus resurrection was physically

"Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead , how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:"

Note: Jesus rose from the dead: it's English rose, rise, stood up
Nonsense post, Did Jesus ressurecf with a PHYSICAL Body ? 1 Corinthians 15:44 is still there for you, unless you mean it lied

shadeyinka:

I quote here the whole of my response to you incase you have forgotten:

Why can you not first answer my question instead of preaching your memorized doctrines?

Instead of refuting each of the Scriptures I've presented, you are busy throwing tantrums all about.
Let's hear what Jesus had to say about that which you present

John 10:17-18:
"Therefore does my Father love me, because I lay down my life , that I might take it again. No man takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again . This commandment have I received of my Father."

See how you are using your temper to deliberatly avoid the truth
I present the Question again:

Very simple: Jesus body was buried, his body was buried, his spirit materialised! What happened to his body?

Please correlate your answer with the Scripture:

John 2:19-21
19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
21 But he spake of the temple of his body.

Why do you despise the TRUTH this much?

Before we discuss what happen to his physical body, Do we agree he was raised with a non physical ( Spiritual ) body ? 1 Cor 15:44

Am not throwing tantrums, am using scripture

But wait! how come the body that died has Blood, but the one he appeared in doesn't ?

Emphasis on his body ?

As at when he made the statement at John 2:19 that body has Blood. How come it AnOTHER body again ?

He wasn't raised a physical body, right?

How come he was seen and touched?

How come he said he had flesh and bones and that he was not a spirit?

All of the above clearly shows you are the one misunderstanding 1 Corinthians 15:44. And it's all because your NWT and some other satanic translations alike were translated from corrupt Greek manuscripts.
The Greek word means PHYSICAL !

Albhagdadi, UV reached a position where u are tight . Is 1 Cor 15:44,46 a LIE ?

1. Do you realize that none of you have been able to explain what happened to Jesus's Body!
2. Ordinary John 2:19-21 is disturbing you like this? SMH
You have been dodging it because it is ridiculously plainly simple to understand but it contradicts JW Organisation's doctrine.

Jesus body after resurrection was drained of His blood by Jehovah's Witness! Oh, I forgot that Jesus blood was drained to emptiness at crucifixion! I shake my head for you!

And by the way, you haven't used any Scripture and you ignored every Scripture I have thrown at you because the Scriptures don't agree with what your organisation has fed down your throat!

Jesus Resurected in a Glorified Body: You have read it without reading it . Paul explained the nature of the Body in that we shall not all die: but these will have their BODIES changed to the incorruptible.
Do you have an answer for this?

Please not the highlights in bold!
shadeyinka:
It's too simple a question:
Very simple: Jesus body was buried, his body was buried, his spirit materialised! What happened to his body?

Please correlate your answer with the Scripture:

John 2:19-21
19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
21 But he spake of the temple of his body.
It seems to me that you will rather obey the teachings of your organisation rather than the plain Scripture. John2:19-21 is elementarily clear and simple to understand: but it goes against your Doctrine.
