Eruditor:Chai, you're so dumb to the extent that you didn't know he meant to say muscle. You go dey alright las las. In the whole universe, you seem to be the only one picking sides with the Warriors on KD's case. You sef no reason the thing? Even A40 is not with you on this |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 5:50pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
SmooshCHN:Because an insider has confirmed warriors staff do underplay diagnosis? Why are you and Eruditor so defensive? You ought to be on the side of players. And its not just warriors...Kawhi had issues with the Spurs. Just admit...it wont kee u... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 5:51pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:So when GS people lied to the media that it was a bone bruise and not a fracture, did they also lie to his teammates? Because his teammates were urging him to come back too. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 5:57pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:Does that mean that the GS doctors are underskilled quacks? Because they outrightly said that there was no way KD was in danger of hurting Achilles. Whichever way, GS are to be held responsible for this mess. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:01pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
SmooshCHN:What? You're not supporting your boy Eruditor anymore. Don't leave him in the cold man. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:04pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
SIRcumalot:You think his doctors would come out and say they didn't clear him to play? KD himself wanted to play, and so his doctors are going to stand by him and not rat him out and say they warned him not to play. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:19pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
SmooshCHN:Look, we know calf and Achilles are two different things, but the truth is calf and Achilles are connected at one point. And look at how low the ice pack was on KD's leg. If it was close to the knee/popliteal fossa it would have been a different case. But it was close to the ankle. That calf injury was probably at the calf-achilles junction or just inches above. As a doctor, you should be able to know that you should give your patient an ample amount of time to heal due to the peculiarity of the injury. You can't give that sort of calf injury the same amount of time you would give a calf injury that is higher. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:22pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
SmooshCHN:KD that was dunking and hanging on the rim. Lol. Did you even watch the practices? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:26pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
SmooshCHN:Lol, tell me how many players in the NBA have ruptured their Achilles few minutes into their first game from a calf injury. You're here praising your team doctors. It's either they knew the risk and ignored it, or they didn't know. Whichever way, those doctors need to be fired |

| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:02pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
birdman:No offense but this makes 0 sense. He can't come out and abuse the medical staff but he can come out to say they misdiagnosed him? Lol. Pick a lane and stick to it. Your two sentences contradict themselves. He also said it was being put out there. Not in here. Out there. So who forms the out there that he was referring to? Or did Iggy diagnose himself and then refuse to play? LOL. Mark Jackson did not openly criticise being gay even when he knew one of the owners was gay? Mark Jackson was not insulting ownership in the dressing room? There is not much to say about him because I don't even care that much. He went and we won 3 rings so I am gucci. |

steady986:What about the warrior doctor and the third specialist? They also cleared him. Do doctors not lose practicing license for this kind of misconduct ? For me, this is a non issue when the proper opportunity rear it's head for us to clown the warriors will be here. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:24pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
DeeMain:Your drivel speaks more to you than me. The mythical powers are the ones that will come up with reasons for Iggy and even argue with said player when he himself has come out to refute what you are saying. Or the ones who switch arguments from he called out the warriors to they rushed him back. LOL. Let us assume KDs Achilles was already partially torn when they misdiagnosed him, at what point would the tear have healed? Lol. So no matter what you are saying, the Achilles would have still ruptured at some point and KD would have needed a surgery. You have argued with the warriors. Argued with Iggy. Argued with SmooshCHN who is a resident doctor himself but it is me and him who are arguing impassionedly. LOL. |

| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:27pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
steady986:I questioned your intelligence. Not his. Don't be trying to robe him in. You are the dullard here. Our resident dullard-inho. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:28pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
steady986:You are dumber than I thought. He did not mean to say anything. He said what he said and he goofed. Same way you have goofed for using him as a yardstick or even trying to defend him. Hahaha. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:30pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
birdman:Hahaha. Spurs misdiagnosed Kawhi and told him his injury was not serious. They even asked him to play. Iggy said the medical team told him he had a fracture..ruled him out internally..never asked him to play..but lied to the media that it was just a bone bruise. Spot the difference. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:34pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
steady986:Wonderful question and I am happy you reasoned well for once. Health issues are private and many times you don't feed things to teammates as you can never tell who the mole is. You do know some players leak information to the press for various reasons? So sometimes, the medical team will only inform the player whose health is in question and the coach and then leave everybody else guessing. Ask Jalen Rose for example how he was so sure looooooong before Kawhi left the spurs that Kawhi was not going to play for them again. I mean, he even placed a bet online about it and he was right. Yea..because someone from Kawhi's camp definitely leaked it to him. If it was not Kawhi himself. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 7:36pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
birdman:As usual it's anything against the Warriors organization with you just admit it. When Iggy got injured, the team knew it was fractured, Iggy knew it was fractured and he wasn't allowed to play. But it was reported to the media that it was a bone bruise as per usual basketball tactics. Popovich and others have done this for years. If this looks like a misdiagnosis to you or the team downplaying Iggy's injury to him and his teammates instead of the normal basketball tactics of not letting your opponents know about your adversity, I don't know what to tell you man. Iggy was simply talking about how this creates so much pressure on the player. Simple, except you want to twist his words. Did he not commend the team medical staff right after? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:36pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
steady986:You can hurt your Achilles mounting a woman, dude. KD could have been on his treadmill and hurt his Achilles. Freak injuries happen. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 7:37pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:I swear even if you open their head and ears wide open, they'd only see it from their point of view. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 7:37pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
steady986:Face palm. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 7:39pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
steady986:I'm only speaking from my knowledge not supporting anybody. But spot how you were reasonable here and then go on to start discrediting the team's staff? There's nothing this team can do to please you people. Absolutely nothing. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 7:39pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:Dude was reasonable a bit there then switched to why I wasn't supporting you. Honestly, I'm wasting my time here. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 7:42pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
steady986:You were there when they said they weren't going to rat him out?? And KD, his doctors, the Warriors staff, the Warriors team and players would agree for the second best player in the league to play a game 6 knowing he would have a career threatening injury? As in KD, his agents and his medical staffs would allow that to happen when he's going into free agency and as you guys always said, would pack his bags and eventually leave the Warriors? I'm schleeep ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:04pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:Like waking up on a Sunday morning and saying there's no way I'm hurting my Achilles today, and boom, you hurt your Achilles. I get it. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:07pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:But didn't you hear him say muscle the whole show? Did he say bone more than once? Omo, your own worse o |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:08pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:But you questioned his understanding abi? Smh. Always looking for the easy way out |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:12pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
Eruditor:Nah, I ain't buying it bro. They lied to everybody, including Iggy. That's what they do, they lie. Classless organization |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:14pm On Jun 27, 2019 |
SmooshCHN:That's the point. Nobody was there and so whatever you're insinuating is just your own opinion. |
