justwise:

It does very much because it diverts traffic off this thread/section and the thread struggles to grow. Many threads in this section takes about 6months to hit 500 + pages but this one and many others with this whatsapp group issues take more than a year to get to even 200 pages.

Only 4 threads in front page of this section are pinned, the rest stay up purely because of traffic they generate and this particular thread hardly stay in front page of this section

The major reason why the thread stopped growing in the past year is that Australia has become increasingly difficult with different new legislations coming in almost every month.

Despite the WhatsApp group created from Canada thread it still keeps growing in huge number because of canadas favourable immigration, same thing with PTE thread.

I remembered how we had lots of success stories in part 1 but now we rejoice on successful assessment or English pass and then wait for more than a year for state nomination then another 1 to 2 years for Visa approval.

Good morning Everyone,

I have not post for a while but I think I need to respond to this. I maybe banned depending on how you see it, but will say what I believe is right and just. Some people have burning desires to help others achieve their goals and can only think of better ways to get it done.

The suggestion made by alphadoor then was in a bid to help people get information easily. I can remember then a lot new members on the thread asking some questions that were already answered and we kept referring them to read the thread from page 1. Even goodmemory had same issue if I remember correctly. It is not easy for people to read all previous thread. And search capability on the thread is not that developed or specific to immigration.

At the time we were already putting in a lot of time helping others with information and could not even create or move the thread as suggested. It would have been a lot of work. We however continued to help others as best as possible.

And for your information, the main reason the thread is not growing or getting the kind of hit you believe it should be getting is because "success stories" has reduced. And that is due to Australia's increase difficulty which you would have noticed if you had been visiting the thread regularly. How does it benefit people when a thread grow to 1 million page self. When people can't search easily. New comers would need to read from page one. It is well.

You are with the yam and the knive. You have the power to hide or allow people to view post. But at least I have post this. Maybe one or two people will see it before it is hidden, if it will be hidden.

People, we still have good people in this country that are not interested in personal gains but with burning desires to help others. But the problem is people always doubt their intentions. While some others are *only* interested in personal gains.

I don't get why are their immigration laws becoming increasingly difficult? I have noticed the drastic reduce in success stories from people.

A friend received the following message for his 309 partner visa : We are writing to inform you that your application for a Partner (Provisional) visa is in progress. Your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks.

Please house, is this a good sign ? In 3 weeks from now, it will be 18month since he applied and the average processing time falls between 14 to 19 months. Will appreciate a good answer

Emm oOo!! 489 Invitations will be stopped on 10th of September, anybody that pays after then will enter sorry mode.

Let's hope that those who has applied will get theirs before the last date or still be considered afterwards.

Note: 489 was never their thing this winter, they are just tryna keep it there until they succeed in pushing us all to their village people. grin

I'm ready to go the full length of the process.

I have HND/ND in Business adm/ management... With four years experience store management in a small firm... I have checked the sol/csol list and I discover that my analysis fit FACILITY MANAGER on the list...

In all honesty I would like to hear your expert opinion on my case. And your suggestion

Does my qualification correspond with the skill level.

Thanks

149913 facilities manager... It is there

Store management is different from facilities management. A facility manager manages different facilities to ensure its smooth operation. If you are in charge of one store, you may not get a positive assessment. It should be network of stores. That is why the facility is in plural.

Thank you for your response. Does my qualification correspond to the option chosen. I learnt I can evaluate it without the other job requirements.

Also my qualification what AQF level is it?

Thanks

For a positive assessment, you must have both qualification and experience assessed to be positive. It is Canada that does qualification assessment excluding experience. In Australia, especially for VETASSES both must be positive.

To answer your question, facilities manager is a skill level 2 occupation, meaning that HND will be assessed positive for it and to add, there is no specific qualification for the occupation.

Brother any prospect for Environmental and Resource management BSc in Australia?

Your question is not clear. Do you want to study the course or you have qualification and experience in the course?

If the latter, yes environmental scientist is on the list.
