Who did you vote for in the last election? Buhari? You're not going anywhere. If you didn't vote at all, you'll not go anywhere too. You lot that refused to vote him out are the cause of the problem we have in this country. Blastedholligan: |

byrron:Thanks alot for your input boss. I've known her for a little bit and I can say she's a very nice person, she's a nice person. As regards your point 4, what if I travel with a tourist visa, can I also get married to her there? And possibly work my papers out? I also learnt of this k1 visa, can I get something doing while I hold sure visa? 1 Like |

Blastedholligan: tourist visa? Forget about it... The best you can do is for her to come to NiggerArea, marry you, then file for spouse visa for you (CR1 ) tho it might take some time (probably up to a year, maybe less depending) you will get your green card once the process is approved and you are in the U.S. for a while If she really likes you as you claim both of you should plan together on how to make your low key wedding in Nigeria happen The K1 option also dey But from my experience, CR1 is the best bet nwanne I also hope you have some money and you are at least working and earning money because this process is gonna cost you, and you better not heap the expenses 100% on her that won't be good bro And as for the one talking about Buhari Please keep it to yourself not every one wants to live in a country destroyed by an incompetent fool, and useless barbaric majority citizens (which btw is the bigger problem of Nigeria) As long as NIGGERAREA remains a cesspit, the best brains will continue to leave so that the useless citizens can further destroy the country @ OP only you know your situation best weigh in your options And take a chance Bonne Chance 3 Likes |

Blastedholligan: These are all possibilities but what if things don't play out as planned? Things are no longer as easy and flexible like they use to be since DT came on board so your plans really need to be solid before leaving Nigeria. |

quickly: Flesh and blood didnt reveal this to you.. Even the Child will be akatarized lol, child support for 18 solid years. A friend of mine had 3 children with one akata, the guy barely sees $1000 from his pay check cos the child support takes the chunk now he does menial job so he wont pay higher. No matter how educated they are Akata will still be an Akata. |

Re: Should I Still Travel To The USA? by Beautyaddy: 8:36pm On Jul 22, 2019 |
kroger: Hmmm... So has that you friend gotten his green card yet? You know that most of those akata already know that most of those foreigners they get married too will eventually leave them once they get that green card. So you have to understand that they too feel it's there only opportunity to milk that foreigner dry before the green card is no more a priority for the person they are married too. |
Re: Should I Still Travel To The USA? by Beautyaddy: 8:43pm On Jul 22, 2019 |
kroger: And who told you it's only Akata's that do such? Even if you marry an Oyinbo or Naija they will do the same. It is the laws of the US that allows that a man or woman must pay child support for 18 years if the couple cannot settle their differences to avoid getting a divorce. Who do you want taking care of the child that only the man and the woman brought to the world? 1 Like |

Re: Should I Still Travel To The USA? by kroger: 9:29pm On Jul 22, 2019 |
Beautyaddy: Akata dont settle for any difference they can purposely give birth to multiple different men just to collect child support from all three and live her life. I will marry an oyibo any day anytime. |
Re: Should I Still Travel To The USA? by kroger: 9:45pm On Jul 22, 2019 |
Beautyaddy: He has his green card but he is stuck with the Child support payment. What is common is foreigners pay them some amount of money some take $5000 even with that some still wont show up for interview. I met Naija guy at a tire shop he told me his akata didnt show up he had to go drag her from her house, her excuse was she got no GAS money, this is after the guy has paid over $7000 on her head with extra expense. Abeg Make we 4get akata matter. |

why you talking divorce? are you suggesting he uses her just like that? When you are on CR1 you still have to be careful one fvck up and your black ass is back to murtala airport well except she knows from.day 1 that the parole is just business (that is you let her know upfront wetin dey) but if it is that regular user mentality that many Nigerians have that the OP wants to practice he will most likely get Fvcked. |

Ugosample:But you haven’t answered the question yet |
Re: Should I Still Travel To The USA? by Ugosample(m): 10:12am On Jul 23, 2019 |
Adamswest378: that is because there is no direct answer to it If you let her know from day 1 that it's business And she is the one who leaves you .At least this one is better But as for you filing for divorce when your green card is still conditional, it does not look very good.. .that's just it You have two options (because I know you are asking for yourself ) 1) let the thing be genuine and both of you live happily ever after as a family , in good faith, and if anything happens along the line, at least that is in good faith Or 2)Let her know wetin dey from day 1 (no bullshitting) that way it's easier because you still need her to remove the conditions attached to your green card then she can leave you by herself this is trumps America the authorities get red eye a word is enough for the wise |

Re: Should I Still Travel To The USA? by Beautyaddy: 6:29pm On Jul 23, 2019 |
kroger: Huh?...what do you mean with the highlighted statement? Isn't the child his? Even if he has gotten wanted he wanted from the Akata, the child that came out of the marriage still needs to be taken care of by both parents even after breakoff or divorce. |

Beautyaddy: I Told him i dont believe those kids are his cos no slight resemblance, i advised he goes for a DNA test let him not father another Mans child. Its very common among these folks. (Triplet all Girls) |
Re: Should I Still Travel To The USA? by Beautyaddy: 12:01am On Jul 24, 2019 |
kroger: Triplets!...wow!...that's a lot of expenses to handle in one stand. And to now add all that expenses he has to dish out all by himself for the next 18 years?...hmmm! Moreover, I really think that if your friend was in any doubt that those kids were not his he would have already gotten the DNA done before subjecting himself to all the expenses he's now faced with to pay child support for three kids. |

I just sit back and watch these discussions quietly whilst gathering intel. Some of you guys will go into these "relationships" trying to get something for nothing and then turn around and get BIG MAD when you are equally played. And then spout, "a katas are no good blah blah blah" with moral high ground, when the very same lot of you are promoting deception and how to get over on others including the US Government. The nerve... 2 Likes |
