To the question: Initially I went to a reputable drug disorder in the city (ijebu Ode) who gave me some drugs, then it's only bloating bcs once I eat any small portion of food I will get filled , l can only fart or belch to get relieved after that the gas accumulated again.

I took along with it EVINOM (vit E 200mg) and LOYD DIGESTION HERBAL TEA.

I got relieved NAD I'm able to toilet and eat well but the pain is still there. it's minimal if I never take anything but once I've eating it starts while sitting unless I stand up b4 it can subsidies and hardly noticed.
I will get in touch with the Doctor back home when am through from work in 2weeks time but b4 then what can I do.

You need an antianxiety drug and possibly a mood stabilizer. Some side effects of antidepressant meds are suicidal thoughts and ideations. Seek help ASAP.

I will advice you to stop taking that antidepressant immediately and seek help.

It is making things worse and you want him to continue? Sorry, but from my training he needs to stop cos it is worsening his condition. He needs to seek help immediately because his doctor needs to evaluate him and possibly put him on a different antidepressant type cos it is obvious this one isn't helping.

Antidepressants are extremely habit forming and can cause extreme withdrawal symptoms. You cannot stop any antidepressants just like that. Unless you're at a starter dose maybe. The most common antidepressant prescribed are SSRIs and you do not want for stop taking those suddenly. They have very very harmful side effects that are worse than current state.

The only way to stop using an antidepressant is to lower the dose until you stop using it completely. So from a 20mg to a 10mg to a 5mg for a week each. Unless you are at a 5mg already.

Many things can affect the color of your urine.
1. Are you taking any drugs for any illness?
2. Are you fasting?
3. Do you take very little amount of water daily?
4. Does your urine foam (frothy)?
5. Dyou void large quantity of urine?
6. Have you notice any blood in urine?
