Blije:

You should have thought it through before applying
You application is just about a week old
As you can see many June applicants and even some may applicants are yet to get a response/ medical request talk more of July applicants July 29 is even as good as August 1st
This is just August 6th for crying out loud. So relax
Don’t be faster than your shadow

I get all that, but should I do medicals down pending the time they get back to me, And if yes could you give me an idea of what I should take to the hospital and when I get the medical result can I send it to them trhough web form. Just want a description on how to get the medicals done before time.

Someone please help I got denied for my study permit. Below is the response I got Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your student permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
Please I need assistance on how to go about this will be replying again September for January 2020 entry.

Good evening everybody, I am new here. And I have some questions to ask.
1) please can I get any college in Canada that has a low tuition fee, for PGD in project management. At least $6000 -7000.
2) if my aunt is to sponsor me and she is having another surname, can I be rejected. Or maybe my sister who got married having another surname. Is there any possibility that I would be accepted.
3) how much can your sponsor be having in an account for sponsorship?

Good evening good people and fellow Nigerians. Please I need clarification on this, "My visa application was refused in December 2016. I want to reapply again" Do I need to do another biometric
I did biometrics in November 2015 in my first application which was refused and then I reapplied in October 2018, I told the guy that I had done biometrics in 2015 in my first application and then he said I didn't need to pay for another biometrics that the one I did is valid for 10 years.

The answer to your question is a big NO. You don't need to have another biometrics.

I actually wrote this for others to gain from it.

Hello House Experts,

Trust this meets you well.

I have been found inadmissible from Canada for 5 years in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the IRPA for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. I am welcome to reapply if i feel that i can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirements.

In my study permit application, which i applied for myself, my parent's dont have money, but my strong desire to suceed made me loo for options, so I met a banker that told me that he could have someone move money to my mom's account, so i can submit the bank statement as a proof and sponsor's account. My mom opened an account with a bank and this banker gave me a bank statement which bore my mother's name and account number (which i sent to him) i submitted that for my application. Yes, it was my fault, i should have verified that money was truly sent into the account, i should have gone to the bank to check that money was truly sent in. However, i didnt. i take responsibility for that.

so, i submitted a fake bank account.

Now, i have been ban. and i just found out that i qualify for the Canada express entry with a high score. I need help to remove or appeal for this.
I'm sorry to tell you this, there is pretty much nothing you can do. If you decide to appeal and tell them the banker caused it this will affect the bankers job and the bank might be flagged to think thousands of people also use that same bank/branch. This days there are secondary reviews on soa's. Be careful guys.

Kindly use this to verify your biometrics validity. I submitted an application in Feb 2016, but I still had to re-submit my biometrics in 2018. We all know CIC dont have a pattern. Yours might still be valid.

Advice: Do not give up, so many people had their visa refused but their unrelenting passion tagged their denial "former".
