You got me this is my first registered. Actually acquired it (for a discount) to learn more, because i believe having a domain at hand will help in testing some domaining skills.
Secondly, i too believe the domain is unique because of its specificity. Hopefully it will find its way out of my hand before time for renewal comes.
Lastly, I will continue to read, read and keep trying different skills, keep reaching out to targets until the "specific" buyer comes.

I believe if someone is to travel abroad, and is finding a place to stay, He would simply go to google and search "Ho(s)tel price in...... ". These keywords are relevant to "Hostelprice.com". So the domain could have relevance in search engines too.

With the little knowledge i have, this is what i can say about your questions

If you can study house.com, you will go a long way. You can build a website on it post enough posts on it and monetize the site, after that you can sell it at flippa.com. But you need lots of work to scale through.
