Have you tried another charger? If yes, just take it to carl care.

I am seriously having some issues with my tecno L9plus, the phone stop flash charging and the battery now drain as if it in a shachet water. I have taken it to an engineer and the guy changed both the battery and the charging board but the problems still remain thesame, please i really need help on this as it is giving me headache already.

That wld be very difficult bro, unless you take it to the manufacturer or something like that.
