I was at Deap Capital AGM today.not impressed with the AGM. Company wants to diverse into real estate, downstream petroleum, private equity etc.the new management team want to take 40 percent PBT per annum as incentives for 5 years. Gave bogus projections from 2020- 2024. i am sceptical.

Try and read about DIVESTITURE AVERSION.
...also known as ENDOWMENT EFFECT(a tendency to attach far more value than necessary to an item/asset when u own it, and less than required when u don't own it)
In market terms, its a tendency to be overly excited when ur in, and unduly unexcited when ur out.

In many ways, we tend to be victims of this 'effect' as market players.
However, the stock market requires us to be somewhere in between... by continuously seeking the RIGHT BALANCE between been overly optimistic and been unduly pessimistic.
...particularly in the 'NSE room'

Like I always tell folks;
