Even if one party has a different view from the other, they obviously do not have any say right now since they are not in power yet. Although it's suspicious that this is happening towards election period SOGalex: |

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting on this group, I want to say a very big thank you to everyone that has made things easier for a lot of us, God bless you all. My reason for posting is because I have few questions. 1. I just secured admission into 2 colleges (Seneca and centennial) I've decided to choose centennial, so I'd love to proceed to the application of my study permit. I'm married with 2 kids, do I apply alone or with my family? 2. I am using my boss at work as my sponsor, and he's agreed to transfer some funds to my account, so that I can show sufficient funds in my bank statement. (I have the funds, but it won't be available this month, and I have to apply next week) How do I do this successfully without getting denied for lack of funds? 3. If I apply alone, how soon can my family join me? And what platform should they apply through? |

meg123:I regret to hear your study visa was rejected. My best advice for you is to sit down, construct a convincing letter of explanation with relevant documentation/proof that will tackle those generic reasons that were highlighted on your refusal letter as well as explaining your home ties to Nigeria. Leave no stone unturned this time. At the end, pray for grace and reapply. |

Miztafrank:Welcome to the thread @Miztafrank. I hope you will find your stay here very educating and rewarding. Permit me to ask you, what's your CGPA like, and why do you intend to further your education in a polytechnic? With respect to your enquiry, I don't think it's advisable to apply for an admission for winter term, 2020 considering the the limited time to gain an acceptance and also to gather your documents for visa application. Your best bet here should be Spring (May) or Fall (September) 2020 as this will give you ample time to prepare yourself for a successful TRV application. Finally, no one can gurantee you the success of your application, do the right thing by applying with the required documents as per the IRCC document checklist and wait for the outcome of your application. |

tosiiNO:It adds more credibility to your application if you can include a cover letter to support your claims. |
