Hello people in the house, id appreciate some information about applying for Canadian study visa. My sister has two kids and she will like to take them along with her, she has received the admission already and the next step will be to apply for the student visa. Does anyone have advise on how to package the application, will she need to prove that she has childcare in Canada? Has anyone gone through the process with a similar situation?

How do you refuse someone because their country doesn't have job opportunities? They also said I don't have financial assets, and my current employment situation.

Is it the same course? If yes, then you can send the new offer letter to CIC. Another option is wait and allow CIC use the first letter to process your app and if they attend to you before the end of this year you can leave to attend the new school in January. Good luck

I want to commence my Canada PR journey soon and I don’t have any cash to show as proof of funds yet, though I have people who will raise the money for me later , hope it won’t disadvantage me cos I read that the money must be in the account for the minimum of some months before PR is granted. Heard some people were denied because the money was fifted. Advice from senior pls

Hi everyone.
I recently just got an offer for the University of Windsor.
I have paid the initial deposit required to confirm my acceptance and I want to start processing my student permit.
Please can I get guidelines?
I have setup my account and I have even opened a new application on IRCC.
I can see the documents they asked me to upload but I'm a bit confused as to where the police report, IELTS score card and other documents I see people talking about is supposed to fall under.
I would really appreciate it if someone can break it down for me.
Also my dad is my sponsor. I dunno if this information would be valuable as well.
Thank you.

Thank you. However, this doesn't particularly answer my question.
I understand all this from going through the website. I need something more detailed. Possibly from someone who has done it and was successful.

Good day I was denied a Canada study visa based on this reason
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment

Please how can I respond to this situation if I want to reapply

Hello everyone, am new in this place and I have been going through the discussions, the advice and the different suggestions proffered for people wanting to migrate to Canada via Canadian student visa. A colleague of mine who recently traveled to Canada for PG studies advised me to join this group so I can meet and discuss with people in my own shoes.
In my own case, I have already gotten an admission to study Wireless networking in George Brown College and would like to proceed with the application process this week by Gods grace. The program will start in January 2020, I am currently working with Telecom's and my elder brother will be sponsoring me. I already paid part of the tuition fees and have both the acceptance letter and receipt of payments.
My questions are thus: 1. It appears there are 2 ways of making application i.e. online or via paper work, which is better and faster?.
2. If am applying online, what website will I go and what other documents will I be required to upload?.
3. Please what other personal documents will I need for the application e.g birth cert
4. The documents I will need from the organization where I work even though I wouldn't want them to be aware am making such moves.
5. What are the documents required by my Sponsor who in this case is my elder brother using his company a/c.
These are the ones I can remember for now, please let me know if I have missed out on any thing. I have just written an SOP and I would need experts in the house to assist me vet my SOP.
I urgently need help because I want to submit my application unfailingly this week by Gods grace as January 2020 is almost here.
Thanks and God bless...
