Good day @justwise, I need your advise, I intend to apply for 2 years UK Visa, I have travelled once with a six month issued Visa 7 years ago and reapply for 2 years which I only travelled once with it, it's been 5 years now, kindly advise if I can still apply for 2 years, I hope the long gap of 5 years won't have a negative effect if I apply for 2 years or just reapply for 6mnths. I will appreciate ur feedback. Thanks and God bless.

I don’t think it would have any negative effect IMO as long as you submit the right documents and you’re consistent with the information in your past applications. I also feel staying back for 5 years has even showed you have things you’re doing in Nigeria and you won’t run away, plus you have a good travel history with them which is showing that they trust you. So go ahead and don’t be scared. Apply.

What do you need the visa for?

A business person can apply for visa without tax clearance and still obtain visa. My husband runs his business and recently got his visa without any tax documentation. Only certificate of incorporation, CAC documentation, Company profile/Introduction letter in company letter head, ID card, invoices, bank statement.

Thank you so much for this.

1. During this period, I am expected to be on industrial training. Though I have submitted a request for letter of introduction to my Registrar since October 9th, they are taking a long time to process it.

Can I apply without a letter of introduction but I intend to submit my
1. Admission letter
2. School Fees receipt
3. Course form
4. Some receipts to prove that I am still student.

2. The uncle I am talking about is my mother's sister husband. Do I need to attach a marriage certificate.

You need a letter from your school
Your aunt’s husband isn’t your uncle, why can’t your aunt invite you?

Good morning everyone
Applied for UK settlement visa last year and got denied, I did appeal the decision and I won the appeal and I even have the vignette visa stuff now.
The issue now is; The email I got notifying me about the appeal content stated that if I require a TB certificate for travel, I should ensure it's valid and up to date.
The TB test result I did has expired already.
Can I travel with the expired TB certificate or I must get a new one before travelling?

Hello everyone, while filling my application I was asked for my National insurance no (I studied in UK) but I can't remember it again and all avenues to get it is not forth coming. I have my reference no for National insurance but the system is not accepting it and I can't move forward with my application. Please how do I handle this situation.

No clear guidance about validity on date of departure. Immigration Rule A39, is not very clear either. I have known people travel with expired TB certificates, and entry was never denied......

Travel with your test certificate & xray results, if you feel uneasy about this, pay for another TB certificate (for absolute peace of mind)........

Things are fast changing these days, get a valid and up to date one, you never can tell, anything can happen; don't give chances to un necessary delay and a possible refusal at the POE... Play very safe.

GUYS PLEASE I NEED YOUR CANDID ADVICE ON THIS PLEASE

tswft:
Good morning guys , I’ve been in contact with the company , the CEO wants to contact the home on my behalf again I’m thinking of getting a proof from the bank that the funds have been in a fixed deposit for over a year
Add my agreement with the lawyer for my land I bought 500k 2016
Approved plan for the house on the land
Show that other deposits were from sales of clothing items I bought from my trips to Kenya and South Africa .

I had no intention of applying for a UK visa this year coz I never thought I will win the competition

Program is 17 to 23 of November .. do you guys think I should put in a priority visa ? Or wait for compensation from the company trip is worth about 2500 pounds I don’t know how much I will be paid but I’m about to be refunded on the first application.

I currently have a low balance but I will be paid next week 140k

I left UK about 9 years ago and that was the last time I worked. I read online that companies can give p60 3years back. Can I fill any number on my form then explain to them that I don't have my National insurance no anymore
