The only reason Kawhi dropped 30 the other night is because Vogel thought it right to put KCP on him. Just imagine. If it were me I'd throw AD on that man.

But as you said, the defence is better, LeBron is even playing some elite D. Maybe it's because his offensive workload has reduced. Long may it continue.

Traes shooting is looking curryesque and hes an elite facilitator. I said he can be a better player, not necessarily more accomplished. He most likely won't play with 3 other all stars.

If you want heaven to fall on this thread just say something remotely negative about Steph. I do get why his fans are sensitive though.

AD doesn't have that kind of mobility though. Danny Green did a very good job. Would be great if we could get Iggy.

We looked good against Utah who many thought were going to be a problem this year without kuzma and Rondo and with KCP playing for them too. They'll get better once Conley adapts though. Seemingly easy game for the Lakers to gain momentum next so I hope complacency isn't an issue. The flippers are the flippers but the Lakers will improve exponentially. In retrospect, we didn't even do that bad against them.

AD moves his feet well enough to do well against some wings especially on switches but to consistently stick with a good wing let alone kawhi is a tall order. Danny Green was very good guarding kawhi but the lakers need another defensive wing. Igoudala would be a seamless fit. They may cut him but if they wont, give them kcp.

The lakers next string of fixtures look very favorable before they have to face the nuggets, jazz (most likely firing on all cylinders this time around) and trailblazers. Perfect opportunity for them to blend and gain some momentum.

Why would he? as good as AD is defensively in the interior hes barbecue chicken for someone like kawhi. Hes like a fish out of water against an elite wing.
