What will it take you to reply your customers especially the first timers and update him/her

Even if he pays that day and ask for updates , you should update him.

I will say it again and again. When a client falls to do his or her own part then such a client will complain
How can u pay in the morning and be asking for an update in the evening
Anyone who does that all I do is re forward the brief then ask him or her to read.
When an order is paid for you can only ask for an update after 3-4 days
But if need be to get back to a client in issue of unavailability of goods already paid for or if the seller does not have a requested sizes or colour then we do the needful by reaching out
Some clients don't even know it's a business chat.

I paid for procurement on 20th October. Some days later I was sent a picture and they told me I can only use express, I agreed and it was on a Thursday.

On Monday, which made it 5days (express is 2-5 days), I was told my goods have arrived. I paid for shipping and waybill, since then till now.... they have been telling me 2moro, 2moro.

Once I get this my goods, bye bye to them.

About not replying. I will keep saying it ,once payment is made for a procurement the client needs to wait for 3-4 days before getting in touch
About express goods that was intercepted by Nafdac because a client ordered 100pcs of the item in picture
We had to negotiate to get the items off the hook one single item termed contraband can make the authority hold a consignment
Goods. Are going to different location over the nation tomorrow after we had our way with the Nafdac officials

A case study is our good client who ordered supplement he was informed even before the items left China that such items might not go pass unless extra payment is made to the officials

To be honest funkam customer relation is extremely poor

A customer saw ur number online and contact u then the customer entrust u with thousands of naira

The least u can do is to answer them when they have a question but no, u will be claiming busy too many clients

If u know u don't have the capacity to take all those orders and attend to ur customers then drop them instead u are here looking for more clients that you will ignore once they pay u

My goods is 18 days and cointing and no single update yet

If I get lucky and get my goods.... God knows that's the end between us

If a client is buying more links it's possible that all won't come into our store within the speculated days. We are not the seller of these goods. It's when a client goods get completed that pictures are sent. For example if a client is buying 15 links and we already have 13 of his or her order pictures of goods will be sent to such a client and await the remaining two links from the sellers
It's was not your messages that got u pictures of ur goods We don't fabricate goods .we can only send you pictures when we have goods
