If that is a python then it is non venomous. I could see if there is pattern on the skin though but that size should be python it's very muscular or much worse a king cobra if it's a king cobra you are joking with your life.

Stop promoting every nonsense western ideology.

So when that snake kills a human being probably a breadwinner to his family then its not cruelty??

So now human life is cheaper than dangerous poisonous animals.
You don't know?
Human life is way way cheaper than animals in this century.

Kill some animals in the western world and go to jail or pay some large amount of $£€ but abortion is free.

Crazy world we are living in today.

For the fact that you saw the snake and didn't kill it makes your stay in that environment endangered.

Better go and fumigate the whole area before you have a visitor in your room, especially if rats are in that compound.

Man and Snakes are ENEMIES! Don't spare them

Many snake species are aggressive and will strike whether you antagonize them or not.
Snakes gets aggressive when injured or stressed... No snake attack on sight without cause.

Though the exact number of snake bites is unknown, an estimated 5.4 million people are bitten each year with up to 2.7 million envenomings.
Around 81 000 to 138 000 people die each year because of snake bites, and around three times as many amputations and other permanent disabilities are caused by snakebites annually.
Bites by venomous snakes can cause paralysis that may prevent breathing, bleeding disorders that can lead to a fatal haemorrhage, irreversible kidney failure and tissue damage that can cause permanent disability and limb amputation.
Agricultural workers and children are the most affected. Children often suffer more severe effects than adults, due to their smaller body mass.

......

Do you mean all these millions of people left their homes to attack snakes in the bush, and that is why they were bitten?

Nice points. I still have my reservations. What I read makes sense

Some are more likely to attack with the least of provocation and that snake looks like a Black Mamba which are extremely aggressive..

That is certainly not a Python, the snake is slender and Pythons are thick and it is not a King Cobra because are not an African Animas..

That looks like a Black Mamba, with its color and slenderness.

A Snake will actually prefer to run away than attack a human..

It strikes if threatened and some like the Black Mamba, which is the snake captured on the picture would strike out at the slightest provocation or perceived threat.
