Sigh* I was at the front desk at a UBA branch in Ikeja yesterday, and the attendant said I needed an International Passport for International Africard -- said I could get the local one without an International Passport.

Yes. The one where you need International passport is the Dollar Africad. You'd also need to load it with dollars also

Go to payment button on QA world and put your old PayPal email.
That's what i did when i was in your shoes. And I have received payment twice with it

To take the test, you have to create an account. Your username will be your email, and you will be asked to set your password.
