These evangelist is not even sure if he will make heaven, he is worried about women wearing trouser.... Judgement day go shock some people

My observations about this thread is as follows;

Those who are guilty are the ones criticising and abusing the preacher.

Those sets of guys who love to see females in trousers are upset with the preaching.

Those who have daughters that wear trousers are also attacking the preacher.


Those sets of ladies whose bleaching creams have spoilt their legs, where by the only means to cover the disgusting coloration is to wear trousers are also the ones abusing the preacher.

And finally, those sets of girls that are fat like room and palor, are also attacking the preacher.


Between 1990 to 1998, many believed that wearing trousers is immoral, but early 2000 till dates, every girls now see nothing wrong with it.

In Deuteronomy the truth is stated there.

I dont want to go into doctrines but its painful when men tries to justify their doctrines by misquoting the scripture hypocritical. Let me focus only on the chapter that spoke about the subject matter. Deut 22:5

The crux of the matter is that why pick only verse 5 leaving the rest such as;

When you see a stray animals you must take it to the owner or keep it till the owner came looking for it Deut 22:1

Dont practice mixed cropping. Deut 22:9
Dont wear clothes made by wool and linen together. Deut 22:11


If a woman is not a virgin on the day of wedding should be stoned to death Deuteronomy 22:20

Likewise in the next chapter

A bastard must not enter church till ten generations. Deut 23:1

Any child who is stubborn or disobedient must be stoned to death Deut 21:18-21

These and many laws was even put aside by Jesus Christ while on earth such as healing on sabbath, his disciples harvesting on sabbath, setting a prostitute free etc.

Although it's been said that illiteracy is bad but I believe half education is worse.

If according to him, wearing of trousers is an abomination because it's 'male clothing', then wearing of suit is bad too because the Bible says

"Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together."
Deuteronomy 22:11 KJV
Now going by this, it means it's wrong to wear suits because they are made of 'divers sorts'. With wool and linen.
Laws.

Reading the whole of Deuteronomy will expose you to a lot of laws. Funny thing is that no matter how much you try, you can't keep them all. Even God Himself knew the laws could not be kept that's why Jesus's sacrifice had to be done.

Now, because of Jesus's sacrifice, Christians do not keep to the dictates of the law.They are no more under the law. They have freedom and liberty in Christ. So the law has no effect on them.

As a result of this, whether one chooses to wear trousers or not has nothing to do with salvation because you are saved by grace and not by works(whether you wear trousers or not).

No one will miss heaven because they chose to wear trousers or suits. That's nonsense.

This is why Pastors need to be educated. so that they can deal with todays real life issues. the pastor is making a point but there are less or no biblical passages to back up his arguement.

we first needs to start asking questions whom were trousers made for. ? the jews, idolaters, other non christians

There was no trouser in the Bible, the Bible didn't preach against it, Jesus didn't either, so where do you see it sir? These words may land you in hell yourself because Bibles say: Do not add and do not subtract from the words of GOD. And remember none of GOD's words will go unfulfilled.

I'm not surprised,some pastors show that they weren't academically sound so it also infected their way of reasoning even in the religion they practise.
The question is who created trousers? Man of course! If the creator of something tells you he made this pair of trousers for men to wear and this other pair of trousers for women to wear or it's unisex. Why are you now dragging it with designers that trousers are made only for men? God didn't make trousers and said he made it for men only.

I do not believe that clothes (in particular, "pants" wearing) are a "salvational" issue.
After a brief struggle, I personally, discarded my "pants" collection years ago.
The interesting thing was that I never even wore fitted pants...or too-tight pants.
I understand that God's people should dress differently than the world, but I am not quite sure, that threatening the loss of Heaven based on "pants-wearing" is appropriate.

When He transforms a sinner into a saint, there are noticeable changes that begin to take place...through sanctification.
The Holy Spirit begins His work.

A lady who perhaps used to wear extremely "tight" or "form-fitted" pants (which include professional, blue-jeans, or casual) will gradually buy less tight or a higher-sized pair of pants so that she is not misrepresenting who she is.
She may eventually figure out that pants no longer work for her and that appropriately "fitted skirts/dresses" are more appropriate for her.
When Christ gets ahold of a person, and they truly understand who he/she belongs to, change will take place...gradually..but eventually.
Not every Christian woman, though, will feel convicted about the "pants-wearing" issue.
So if a Christian woman chooses to continue wearing pants, then they should be fitted appropriately.
I love this motto that I heard from a minister:
Whatever is worn should be "loose" enough (pants/shorts/shirts/skirts/dresses), "high" enough (shirts that cover chest area), and "low" enough (skirts/dresses)...to cover business."

While what you've written up there is logical and appeals to the human sense, I can still see the cloak of religion all over it.

How you arrived at this very thought process, I very much understand. I was there before. If you find yourself giving up trousers for skirts after you've got saved, it's simply because the knowledge with which your salvation got hinged amplifies the need to 'work' to please God rather than rest on the finished work.

You can't please God! No, not by your dressing or anything else. The thing is, once you are a believer, the Father is eternally pleased with you. It's an inheritance.

Sm men of God are so proud they think they are God or they hold the key to the gates of heaven and will be the one to determine who is who.

Hmmmmm.
As a minister of the gospel that I am, I see this claim as false and with no sound Biblical backup.
I have noticed during my pastoral practice that it is preachers that use to cause this confusion not teacher of the word.
God said in His word, I will send you pastors after my own heart that will teach you my ways.
Pastors and teachers are the same, He didn't send preacher to teach us the word.
What do we say when warriors in the oil testament wear skirt.

When God gave such instruction in the old testament, He added a lot of things, so if you are saying woman shouldn't wear trousers, you also have to obey every law written in the same passage..
