It all depends mostly on how you present yourself to them in a conversation or action , you might not know it but sometimes our words wrongly insinuate judgment towards other people , now that triggers defense on their part .

Nairaland kind of shield them from the realities of life. Most girls on here only want to meet the financially stable guys (which is in itself relative). Those of us who are on the building phase usually don't cut it for them. I have tried to meet someone from here before but it didn't get past the stage of emails due to that singular reason. I made my choice never to repeat the mistake of trying to meet a Nairalander (lady) after that experience.

Either in my hometown or at my aunt's place. You seem busy today, don't worry will mention you some other time so we talk again. Okay!

You see those ones that hardly make comments, they are the best. You will see something like registered in 2017, 4 comments.

Met only one early this year, she came from Ph and needed a place to stay, I offered her our family house @ 10k for 2 months. She didn't stay up to a week, got another place but still have me the 10k.

So of all the things in the world, your problem is abbreviation... Very petty I must say. I hardly contract my words but this excuse is outright nonsense... Just take a look at your moniker... SBL must be abbreviation for something and you think you wield the right standing to advice guys on abbreviation
