Those people are not real!
This is what many victims don't realize.
From my experience, many profiles on Twitter uses fake image and fake names.
Just search a random twitter picture on Google and you will see that it belongs to a model,
, a business person or a crime victim or similar.

It is very likely that nobody knows that lady in real life.

I don't think it's safe to have this kind of 'freedom.' irrespective of who you are, there are Always people out there who look up to you and consciously follow your footsteps because they see you as their role models.
