the deficit is about 14000CAD, to be eligible for course registration, you need to pay about 250$CAD..

Tuition is 14$k CAD. I made enquiring regarding scholarship I was told, you can't get a full ride but there is scholarship and the maximum you can get is 3k$

Good morning house.

Pls, if a sponsor wants to include his landed properties in addition to the applicant documents, what official way should it be? should the documents (land, houses) be notorised only and / or be assessed by an estate valuer or which other official way can it be done?

Thank you all.

You can use any method. However, to avoid bulky applications you can use the CFO of each property and an affidavit to verify all the properties you're submitting

My sister who is 22 years old just finished her OND from FEDPOEDE. I wish for her to seek study opportunity in Canada next year.

The total fund I have in my account is 7million naira only and a friend of mine in Canada has also promise to give her sponsorship letter.

Please does she stand a chnace of getting VO's positive approval given her age (22 years) and funding (7m cash and sponsorship letter from friend). Your responses will be highly appreciate.

Of course your sister stands a better chance of getting her study visa to Canada. However, the best option for her is an undergraduate degree in Canada given that she has an ND certification. There are cheaper schools she can apply to like University of Winnipeg and Memorial University. The money in your account (7M) and your friend's own would be sufficient to cover for her stay in these two schools.

It will end in praises

I paid the deposit of 2300 CAD to centinnial college through WU Global Pay on the 4th of this month. The payment was complete when i tracked through Global Pay website. I haven't still gotten any response from the school regarding the admission letter. I have sent mails and they haven't responded to any.

Does it take this long??

Have you checked your student portal for the letter or your email spam folder for any updates. Since you've sent them an email, you have to be patience for their response. The admission letter must surely get to you.

I am having issues with my CAQ application.
I was issued a CAQ early this year but my applied for study permit was delayed.I deferred the admission to Fall 2020 and applied for a fresh CAQ on the 21st of October 2019,made payment the same day and my online file was opened the next day.I sent all the required documents via DHL on 22/10/19. I tracked the package and it was received by one Mr. Xxxxxx in Quebec on 26/10/19.
I am surprised that my online account for the CAQ has not been updated to documents received since then( my earlier application this year was updated to "documents received" after 2 days of DHL delivery) and the application for CAQ has not been approved or denied.
What could be the problem? Gurus I need assistance plzzz.

All you should do now is to send them an email with the delivery confirmation print out from DHL website and inquire on why your account hasn't been updated or give them a call.

In most Canadian universities, tuition fees varies, depending on the course. However, a full funding or scholarship can only be awarded if the student meets certain requirement.

To the bolded, it depends on the department. Your brother's best bet would be to apply for scholarship if the idea is to get one when already studying.

All the best.

Did you get a medical request?
If not then it's likely a refusal

Sorry. I would tell you to apply for your GCMS notes but that does not help these days.
I think CIC have probably reached a kind of quota for the year.
In my opinion, don't reapply this year.

Hello Slimmsyyetty,

Either way is okay. It depends on your pocket budget. If you can valuate the property, then good and if not, don't stress over it. You can simply just notarize.

However, there have been quite convincing numbers of previous successful applicants who didn't notarize.

Good luck

Hello Space02,

Her age is good. If she satisfy the VO then she stand a chance. The fund in your account is good but you should consider standing as her co-sponsor and your friend should be used as an uncle. Another thing is to work on her home ties irrespective of her age. You should be able to demonstrate this through a tie that can connect you both (socio-cultural, inheritance, future prospectives or aim etc).

There should also be commitment from your friend like paying her tuition fees or depositing her LE to her account or any best way to show financial commitment. Endeavour that your friend is capable of the sponsorship and have the valid documents to back it up. For list of cheap schools, check my previous posts.

Lastly, she shouldn't make the mistake of going for a Diploma or Advanced Diploma. A Bachelor is her best bet.

Good luck to her.
