I discovered that I had pile during my secondary School days (2014). I didn't even know this has been on me for long, until I went to defecate with a friend of mine in the bush. Immediately he saw that red flesh coming out on my anus. He shouted "What is this!!". That was when I knew I had PILE.

I will suggest u go see a consultant surgeon preferably in a teaching hospital. what you described sounds like a stage 4 hemorrhoid, since it comes out on its own. I have a friend who ones had this pile of a thing.... all u need to do is
1....surgery.... that's if u can stand the pain nd the amount to be paid for it.
2.... you can alwys perform a SIT BATH. i. e, boil a warm water and pour it in to a bowl, add salt to the warm water and lay your anus in to the bowl for 20mins every day. you will see the changes nd thank me later..
3....you can use traditional medicine (agbo)... But becareful, if you aren't taking the right herbs; it can lead to another problem.

Go to people selling herbs (elewe omo) or someone that goes to the village, tell them you want "ejirin" it's a crawling plant that has a variegated colour. You'll wash it like bitter leaves and drink it twice daily. In a week, it should be gone. My older sister had pile and this is what cured her.

Whatever you do, do not agree to cutting it.

You should on a normal ground be eating food with roughage. Also sit on warm water (add little salt to the water). Sit on it morning and repeat at night, every day. This helps a lot.
