Does anyone know who can work on my MI A2?

I have a brand new xiaomi mi A2. It can't boot past the Android logo. I mean it's brand new never been used. First time I tried powering up after charging is when I noticed it and still can't get past the Android one logo till now.

Please anyone who can assist me or recommendation do HELP

AOSP ROMs for my device still having issues with FOD (fingerprint on display) and on AOD so I'm shuttling between Miui EU and revolutionOS. Been on revOS for like 2months now, updated to the latest version and it's been going smooth.

Yes o, cos of two reasons
1. I used unlimited glo data (currently making waves #500 for one week) and downloaded about 5 different custom roms so I want to start experimentation.
2. I recently bought mi band 4 but whenever I connect the band to my phone after about 10mins it becomes very hot and my battery drains faster than the speed of light so I want to try another rom.

finally was able to install twrp but twrp could not read internal memory to install magisk. also it prompting me to enter password

Back up, go to Twrp and format storage
