Hello Zluky,
Please do you mean Cleveland State University Ohio..please how can one go about the Application fee waiver.. Because I have applied but didn't receive any fee waiver..

Well. I guess it is late now. I just followed the instructions. The major thing was choosing money order instead of paying with card. If that's what you did then it should be fine.

Please advise, i am in same situation. WES evaluation 3.58/4 US equivalent GMAT score 560. Can i get full-funding for MBA or Msc Finance? need sure schools pls.

Muleriders:

Full funding for MBA?,
for top 10 B-schools?, Yes. Very possible
For tier2 B-schools?, almost impossible, the highest you can get is tuition free while you sort out living expense on your own.

In the US, STEM courses rank higher in scholarships and funding than business degrees.

Besides, what's your cgpa and gmat/GRE scores?

Hi everyone, I registered to 4 schools that doesn’t request English proficiency exam from Nigerians/ degree earn in Nigeria. I registered and submitted to University of Kansas in a haste just to meet up with the application deadline ; 7/01/2020 (for funding). After submission, it now dawned on me that Nigeria is not included as part of the English proficiency waived countries; this was a rude shock considering the fact that Kansas state university waived TOEFL/IELTS for Nigerians and shared similar deadline with the former.

I sent a message to the department but they are currently on break until 6/01/2020. Well, I somehow crossed my mind and not to think of the worse possible outcome.

However, do anyone know if any Nigerian(s) get admission and funding to Uni of Kansas without English proficiency exam ?

By the way, intended program is MA Political Science with GRE score- 318

Thanks

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this, I almost had the same issue, but thank God I got a reply from my grad coordinator.

You mentioned Kansas State uni, did you apply to the school also? I am about submitting my application, but I am unable to download the funding form online, if you applied, how did you applied for the funding?

Thanks in anticipation.
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 15 by bamiDee1(m): 5:00pm On Jan 03, 2020
I thought you only apply for funding after you have been offered admission by the school. Well, perhaps not applicable to Kansas state University.

May the force be with you and may all the lines falls in your favour..... it is well, this phase will pass and become brighter . Some beginnings are rough but later you look back and smile .

When i travelled my parents were so excited bought me business class air ticket , schools fees paid and all. I got to school and there was an issue with my oncampus accomodation and i was homeless ..... with no phone or internet or friend , someone just pointed a low cost budget hotel which was my home for 2 weeks till it was sorted. I felt so alone, so unsettled, many tears , knew nobody in the town, overwhelmed by it all .. it was a shock going from business class to been homeless smileycheesy . ...... however it's all history now and i remember with a smile . So my dear you will look back and smile at your jjc days

I can relate

Try not to waste much time on questions you find difficult to answer because the time is not there. The more correct answers you have, the more your score. I will also advice that you go along with something light (preferably apple) you could eat during your break to renew your energy because that test is really enervating. Best of luck!
