She hasn't broken any contract unless the guy told her directly she shouldn't also have sex. I doubt that would have happened so she has not technically defaulted.

I have a similar experience, but my case was different, it was her pastor that told us no sex before marriage of which I accepted. But I noticed that something when some certain no calls her she excuses her self to go and answer the call. She never spend the night In my house even when I beg her to, I really love that lady but what put me off finally was that one perticular nite she came to my house around after 8:and this is someone who bearly stay in my house up to date time, so me I was surprised, saw her went into my bath room and tired my towel. And she told me she wanted us to have sex that night but I refuse she tried throwing her self at me but God saved me that night. So the next day she left I stopped calling because there was something suspicious about her coming to spend the night in my house. After a month they called me from her church if I was the one responsible for the pregnancy she went to abort. A church member working in the hospital where she went to do the abortion saw her and reported her to the pastor. So you see when they tell u no sex b4 marriage, they might be getting it from somewhere else. If not for God assume I surcomed to her pressure that night to sleep with her I would have be fathering a child that is not my.
