maishai: He was on the payroll of the companies private placement offerings and public offerings which he promoted and marketed. He controlled the media through his newspapers, daily radio show and weekly TV shows and monthly stock market seminars all over the country. This made him to have cult followership , I doubt if his numerous followers made lasting wealth. I learnt he is now a Pastor with a church at Ikeja. After he failed on several attempts to relaunch his financial media empire 4 Likes |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 7:17pm On Jan 15, 2020 |
pluto09: Why market a company with zero fundamentals, you hype the stock through your media channels and the charts will start looking up. And chartists like Agba will start accumulating. There was a time when he recommended Afroil, a company that was not in existence again because they could not pay their rents at Ajao Estate. The stock moved from 50k to N10 in about 2 months. Insiders in the company were able to offload their Kaya to the uninitiated. 4 Likes 1 Share |

yom2: If that is the case, why did he call himself the Oracle. I know the guy one on one always laughing at my late mentor's slow and steady system of building wealth. The man is late but his Investments in stocks are real estates generate income running into hundreds of millions of Naira for his loved ones. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Very important to have a very good risk management system in this stock business. Because of what my mentor told me, I never made the mistake of putting a Kobo in any of poor offerings the guy marketed. But I enjoyed his yarns on radio, television and the articles in his newspaper 1 Like 1 Share |

emmanuelewumi:we are all been slowed down by the system. Progress should be consistent if things go the way they should go. Look at aiico and the other insurance companies. Are they doing the right thing? Now they introduce 1kobo per value. Some forces went through the back door to scuttle it. Uptil now they still can't adjust their machines. Its a crazy system |
