You need to be able to speak his language, but don't let him know if you can..Yoruba people are a complex tribe ...they are cunning like the tortoise.
Try and use your sense to be sure you are of value to him.Which means he achieve more with you... that way they know you are a good omen.
Don't try and be competing with his mum if he had one,even when they vex you just ignore,rather be nice and friendly not in bournvita way.
Most importantly stay humble.

1. Yorubas are handsome
2. They are not tribalistic and are usually open to marrying from any tribe
3. They are usually educated and have a balance of religion in their part.
4. They are romantic and eloquent.

All other Nigerian tribes are perfect. They are God sent. Please make sure if your Yoruba guy is the only person you have, avoid him and remain single.
