They target the most important visas which are immigration visas and allow non immigrant because they can deny you that at will without any appeal, you can appeal most immigrant visas but can not do same for non immigrant, watch the rate at which they will refuse Nigerians in both in Abuja and Lagos like never seen before in coming days.
