this is so because christians have their violent superior in muslims, because if it were to be traditional religion worshippers who are in the minority this same christians would have used violence to destroy their places of worship

What a shame, see what so called church of Jesus Christ has been reduced to, Protesting, Protesting to who?
When christian abandon the secret place, undermine the power of Prayer, become so concern about fading glory and consumed in the earth, they Joined affinity with Politician, then they think Protesting is solution to insecurity
The Problem is the fact that they have compromised the gospel
They Preach for the flesh
they dont represent Jesus
and now, since the religion is now an outward formality
they need to be seen doing something
Even Adeboye Protesting
It has to be old age for this man and there is no vibrant christian in that Redeem to direct men to truth

we can't compare men to Jesus, But since we claimed to be following Christ ' Imagine Jesus leading a Protest against Puntius Pilate

Wake up

Prayers doesn't solve the problems of a Nation... People do.

As a Nigerian you should know this.. We've been praying since yet we have absolutely nothing to show for it..

When your papa is ready for real change. Let him lead a mass protest against the govt. Papa is almost like a god in Nigeria. If he calls for a peaceful protest more than 50 million Nigerians will join him. Anything other than a protest is just a waste of time

Dear Daddy G.O,

If you like, lead them to the wilderness in Chibok for prayers, it won't change anything.

You would have been resting by now, but your involvement during the 2015 elections is the reason why you're doing this prayer walk.

You better Walk Alone.

Dont mind the RCCG they should go and walk alone. What this church did in supporting change and buhari has made me vowed never to enter any redeem again and it stand till today. Invite me till tomorrow I wont go no matter how important is what the invitee is doing. All my friends, colleagues and family knows these.

So let RCCG go and walk alone they wanted change and even went as far gathering in thousands praying and fasting for buhari to win in 2015 so pls walk the walk alone.

His LACK of involvement, you mean.

He has always stayed away from politics but the truth is, the decisions of politicians will affect everybody.

He is doing the right thing now. Nigeria is in a really bad shape. Things need to get better not worse. That is the essence of our education - to improve the human experience.

If we cannot improve our lives then we have failed as humans. A reasonable person would speak up against regression and the repression of lives and the systematic cleansing of spiritual beliefs.

After walking, will it change Bulharis incompetence?

Even if Bulhari stands tomorrow and declare Nigeria an Islamic state, nothing will happen. Some Idiots will start defending him and another Chunk of idiots that supposed to revolt will rather pray and the remaining will just sit hopelessly and watch

Incompetence is not at issue here. Wickedness is.

I'm not judging anyone doing his business.
I'm not subscribing to looting stories.

The foundation of Nigeria is corruption/looting which led to 1966 coup d'etat and finally led to civil war.
Buhari coup d'etat in 1983 is base on corruption and looting.

What has changed till date... America reminder us in 2015 about corruption and looting.

If the foundation is not corrupt the church business will not drive to this level .

Prayers alone don't solve problems of a Nation. Infact prayers has never solved problems of any nation. We keep praying and praying without action. Just look at Muslims, they know how to fight their battles.

Re: Insecurity Protest: Adeboye Leads RCCG Members On CAN Prayer Walk Today by Neoteny(m): 9:56am On Feb 02, 2020
The solution to this whole security thing is simple as far as CAN is concerned:

Remember all those pastors performing miracles like raising the dead, fixing destinies, walking on water, flying, casting spells and curses, fighting demons and devils, cowering satan, commanding god, fighting spiritual warfare, fixing broken bones and broken hearts, having afternoon tea with god....etc?

Why can't those pastors just place a curse on the killers and kidnappers, or snap their fingers like Thanos and wipe them off, or talk to their buddy god and ask for even 5 of the 10 biblical plague to be sent their way?

Really, it's that easy! These superhero pastors with their magical powers and access to even more divine and limitless power don't need no incompetent government and guns.

You tithe-paying community need to ask for security from these supermen.

I'm doing all these you're doing. I remembered how some of we Christians were labelled wrongly because we refused to join the hypocrisy bandwagon. I feel very sorry about all these and wished it didn't happen. I'll never criticise RCCG though, nor the overseer. Abeg I too respect God. Make I no come die. But certain truths we must say, certain things we must stay away from. And this is sadly one event to be observed from the sidelines keeping mute

Which Jonathan? The jonadàft who auctioned Nigeria to Igbos?

The one who went uninvited to RCCG to kneel at the altar and collect blessings before resuming the massive looting of the nation? The same Jona that refused a political debate but chose D’Banj and SeyiShay to interview him? The same Jona who gave Abacha a posthumous award right after teenage boys were slaughtered in their hostels by Boko Haram? The one who went dancing and celebrating right after the Nyanya bombing? The same Jona who said Boko Haram are our brothers? The one who came down south to collect blessings from traditional kings with their staff used for curses? The same Jona that dangled the 2nd Niger bridge at the noses Igbos for re-election? The same Jona that denied the Chibok kidnapping until it was too late? The same Jona who refused the help of UK and US intelligence to rescue those girls? The same Jona who gave Dasuki money for security to share among his cronies?
