Lagosians, you reap what you sow.

You put in another Tinubu boy and this is what you get. The sooner you all rise up and get rid of Tinubu's boys from the politics of that state, the better for you all. I have no iota of sympathy for you. You reap what you sow. Elections came and it was turned into a tribal affair, with thugs burning voting slips in areas that were projected to be populated by non-indigenes.

If you voted for Sanwo-Olu and you are feeling this new policy pinch, sorry for you. You reap what you sow.

Same way I don't pity anyone who voted Buhari yet complains about how northerners are dominating the system. Some of my contemporaries complain of how northerners dominate the civil service and lucrative federal agencies, I say to northerners, dominate! So-called Nigerian intellectuals deserve everything they are passing through. How I wish Buhari decides to run for a third term in 2023, I'd be glad to give him my unflinching support.

THIS is what The useless Man is planning to do in Lagos State......He has useless special adviser,.... He didn't think before doing this...... Cuz if he think we'll,he would not have done it

I don't blame you, most Africans lack foresight. They only see what is physically present in front of them. Governors before him in other state that are less congested than Lagos state did it and results are there for all to see. Riding bikes is not healthy way of making a living, the disadvantages are more than advantages.

No need to be political about this, it's one of the best policies of modern time. A little bit of sanity is not too much to be reintroduced. They elected him to make changes and it has begun, nobody said that his policies would spare his supporters.

Funny.
Life will be hell for some people, it will affect a lot of business, vulcanizer, spare parts dealers, food sellers, iya kamoru that sells dry gin cheesy, sisi kemi that runs a small beer parlour you just name it.

It won't be easy, the rate of unemployment is high already.

We all hail sanity on the Lagos roads now, for the few car owners there. Peter Tosh tells us that 'everyone is crying out for peace but none is crying out for Justice'. We have been all robbed by this political gangsters we refer to as politicians in Nigeria, from South to North. Tinubu stole so much from Lagos that the money he stole can fix the whole of the roads in Lagos. The king of diatribes, Fashola, stole enough from Lagos and Nigeria that his loot can give every Lagosian a taxi. The one Sanwo olu and mc oluoma have stolen in the last year can employ enough traffic wardens and CCTV to check excesses of road users in Lagos, for ten years. But, they can't be guilty of any crime as APC members and leaders. Even a SAN has defended a brazen use of bullion van to share money for vote buying, to such extent that one wonders why his SAN award had not been withdrawn. Yet, the downtrodden, abandoned by his leaders, who does his best to eke out a living will be brutalized by enforcers of a law that did not pass through any due process. A law that could have been made to pave a way for sanwo olu to siphon state funds by contracting Chinese car manufacturers to produce any cheap buses for yet another mass transit scheme, that would fail in months.
Yet, we shall praise his boldness for a freed Lagos streets. But, have we bothered to take any census of the suffering commuters? Or, are the ordinary civil servants and businessmen in Lagos not also citizens? To me, a policy that did not take all sides to consideration can not be a good one.

Can you please take these allegations to court and present your evidence. Careless loud mouthed idiot!

And so it begins.......Not this chaos....but the knowledge that people have that they can create chaos

How is this new Knowledge when the history of Africa, why Africa has remained backwards, is chaos, from Congo to Liberia, to Sierra Leon, to burkina faso, to Mali, Angola, to Mozambique, Rwanda, Burundi, Somalia, Ethiopia, Uganda, war, war, civil strife, up and down. People that keep encouraging Nigerian people to rise up and attack thire so-called elite are evil, Nigerians need to settle down and work with what they have, the slow painful way forward is best for ordinary Nigerians in the long run.

The history of Africa’s backwardness is underlined by outsiders feeding the African masses the lies that the success of foreign nations are at their fingertips if only they but rise up and fight their African leaders that are exploiting them and bring about revolutionary change.

These strengths, these energy was what was required to save Nigerians from perceptual poverty when Sowore called, But they laughed and scorned and let the tyrant sit comfortable, now that his subordinate has affected their table, They are collectively unanimous to for freedom.
Sowore's revolution would have saved a larger bunch of poor citizens, Just Okada Ban and there are pockets of violence everywhere
Sowore's vision is a larger deliverance

Farming nowadays is about more than getting a hoe and striking the ground, it's a highly industrialised and mechanised discipline that requires knowledge of biology, engineering, environmental statistics proper storage practices. Modern advances have made it so that hundreds of labourers aren't needed to manage a farm anymore, giving semi-educated people from the city land to farm is a massive waste as they would most likely do rubbish and allow their crops to waste. Mugabe did the same thing when he gave the farmlands to people who couldn't farm and almost allowed his country to starve. grin

Thank you for the explanation, God bless.

Our culture of having plenty of children stemmed from our forefathers requiring a lot of hands on the farm, now that manual labour is not needed in farming why are we still rigidly continuing to have all these children that are ending up as impoverished, angry, unemployed, frustrated adults? Why can't we open our eyes and see that 1 or 2 maximum is what is appropriate for the time?

I know you are from the East. You idiots will cry tire over Lagos, a resolute Yoruba state. Don't worry Amotekun's scope is much wider than to chase Fulani herdsmen, we will use it to contain you marauding Igbo people especially those ones with rampant criminal intentions. Bloody Flat head.
