If I change my preferred network type to 3g/4g the network bars disappear entirely. But changing it to 2g/3g/4g the network appear s back with a 2g network. Please what do I do, I am not really enjoying the phone cause of slow network.

Simply means that the device does not support Airtel's 4G..., the fact that it even stays on 2G not even 3G.. Most likely it is a 2G device...

I'm sorry to hear about ur predicament, however don't be depressed over something that is not ur fault. The challenge you are facing is that of bandwidth, the 4G bandwidth doesn't support most Nigeria's network as it is specifically designed for America's network, try other network Sim, if it doesn't work then try browsing through wifi or you get another phone that supports Nigeria's 4G network bandwidths

Hi guys. I have umidigi a3, which I was unable to use for over 3months. I just inserted my sim but I realized that when am on 4G and dialing a number, the network goes off. But if I switch to 2G, I will be able to call and Dial ussd. Please anyone has the problem? And what's the solution? Thanks
P.S: it was working fine on all Nigeria network before I went on the 3months break
