That crown is similar to the one worn by Ooni in the picture below.

When Igbos first met Europeans , they lived in areas varying from well-organised city-states to sprawling settlements. They engaged in a variety of trades and activities, making their are one of the economics centres of West Africa. They reached a level of social wealth, empowerment and political freedom that other groups in Nigeria still haven't achieved till this day. Vices such as poverty and homelessness was so rare that an Igbo man during the first wave British settlement exclaimed that these things simply didn't exist in Igboland.

Their artisans and craftsmen were extremely efficient, daring, ambitious and skilful that it was actually recorded that Igbo artisans decimated the local smithing industry of a middle belt group. One British traveller remarked that the speed and efficiency of Igbo smiths when manufacturing items such as needles was comparable to the work of machines. They also noted the richness in the local dyes and cotton that Igbos manufactured and traded.

This is why Igbo-ukwu, an example of ancient Igbo art was more skilfully made than Yoruba bronzes despite being centuries older.

Additionally, the igbo-ukwu artifacts exhibit culture and traditions continuous to the Igbos of the area, and emphasising Igbo people's at least 4000 years of large-scale blacksmithing.

I am not aware of any 6th century collection of Ife art works. It is much more likely to be a 16th century stuff that a sixth century work.

Also bronze work came much later. Around the 6th century, it would have been brass sculpture
