So, I got my PUK from MTN and entered into the phone as requested, but it still wouldn't work. Not sure what to do.

Your phone is still locked to the European network. You have two options: Ask the former owner of the phone to request network unlock code from the carrier or you take the phone to computer village and see if those software engineers can help you unlock it using third party unlocking sites.

My phone(Tecno pouvoir 3) fell from an attic of a three storey building on feb 5th,and it had little crack on its screen to the lower right side of the phone but it was working perfectly after the fall. However, yesterday after a month of the unfortunate fall, it stopped working by the time i woke up.....it was so hot, i allowed it to cool down and them tried to on it again but it didnt come up, it only vibrated. I tried charging even though i knew there was charge on it but the phone became very hot again while charging and still didnt come up but the charging indicator light signified it was charging. Please, what has gone wrong? Is it fixable? Thanks for the help
