this is not needed for US entry, the medicals already cover everything, I think the yellow card is for visits to African countries because I was asked of my yellow card at the POE during my previous visits to two different African countries. I had mine anyway because i was informed about it

USCIS have not mandated any WES evaluation. People can decide to include it but it's not mandatory. USCIS don't need WES to determine the authenticity of the Certificates. Theu already have eyes and ears in Nigeria....the US Embassy

Actually, according to the USCIS instructions for filling the I-944 form, evaluation of any foreign education should be included in the application..... Not WES specifically...

Issued on 21st. But I have seen others issued after 21st.

yes it's very much available and the ban didn't affect it as well, so if you're genuinely in love with your partner you can go ahead and file. Check the first page of this thread for guidance and all you need to know about the journey, I wish you the best.

According to WES don't know of other evaluating body accept but for WES You can come with it as long as its addressed to them with your reference num(a unique number given to you after making evaluation payment to WES) which must be on the envelope(school envelope)and correspondence but it must not be tampered with or having any traces of it..
After receiving it WES would still contact them to know if it was prepared&sent via them..

Even spousal visas are still issued just that there is extreme vetting
I know someone that had his interview last Thursday for spousal visa
It has been issued and an email sent to collect his passport from DHL
He has also booked his flight
He brought all his ID including primary school first school leaving certificate to the interview

Thats my issue, My Fiancee got a mail it should have been transferred to Lagos about 3 weeks ago.
But Lagos as not sent any Notification. When I call the Customer care at the Consulate, They Only say wait.

And I think there is an expiration on the Mail sent to my fiancee...On NVC site there is no notification after I filled Out the DS-160 form.

And I do not know, if I should go ahead and just pay the Visa Fees.

I haven't used WES, I think Spantran is a bit flexible. If you already have your transcript, you scan to them and pay a fee and they will verify and evaluate.
