Why do Africans allow such disrespect to them on their own continent, there have been instances like this also in Kenya. This is why the study of African civilizations and contributions to the world needs to inculcated in school curriculums, all this tolerating of disrespect is from low self esteem and feeling of inferiority complex. You cannot try half of what this foreigners get away with in Nigeria in their own countries.

A private company has no unlimited right to make rules. Your rules must be subject to the country's Laws. You can't make a rule that goes against people's fundamental rights and expect that to stand. Racial discrimination is fundamentally wrong all over the world.
