I blended the coconut with little water and then went ahead to boil it...I kept turning till I could see the oil...although there would also be little residue on the oil which i proceeded to separate with a spoon...seaving it would waste the little oil I'm collecting....this residue can serve as cream as it also oil...that's it

Golden penny spaghetti and 3eggs, but I have to take one egg and half, to have 1 and half egg to eat in the nyt. This lockdown no funny at all. No money, but we gat to celebrate easter....

This thread is so lovely. I visit it so as to get the motivation to cook. However, there are meals I'd love to eat that I dont know how to so I just order them. You guys should keep up the good work but it'll be nice if we can get the recipes for meals posted(especially complicated ones). Happy easter to y'all.
