People should check her former pic when she was married to the pastor . Her eyes were innocent , full of life to serve God and fulfil her duties beside her husband .

But look at the flyer . Check her eyes in the flyer. A strange spirit has taken over in its incubating stage .

I remember a long time ago, was still very small then. There was this pastor that came to our parish. So the senior pastors tried to guide him in chosing a sister. The sister they chose was a born again to the core but not the flashy type. I think they already started the courtship. Before we knew it the story changed. He has switched to one hot girl in the choir. Hm...
Tongues began to wag. In no time he married this hot girl.
After marriage, the only thing he enjoyed that period was flaunting her around for a short while.
This thing happened in 2008 and up till now, no child. Someone close to the family told us the sister is a party party type and she's giving the man a hell of a time.
The last time I saw this pastor at a wedding, he was a shadow of himself. Hes now looking pale and weak from stress. The girl was not with him.

Yes, it goes both ways dear.

I have experienced it first hand and today I look back and I'm grateful to God for not letting it work.

I was still young in the faith and was still under heavy sanctification process then.

So a swaggalicious bro was on standby, and an SU ( both graduates and well read)
But because the other was funky, more posh, all the choir girls choice.. I said "we die here" and with I being a bit on the flashy side, he too was feeling fly with a cute chorister. But my other bro, was always on my "papas" kind of trousers and hes just there but very devoted but I didn't give a hoot about him. In the end, my funky guy wasn't forth coming ( God had a hand) cos the more i was praying, the more he was exhibiting some ungodly behavior. Though I wanted to close my eyes to it, God didn't let it work. I cried for years but it didn't work. Even while at it, the Christian bro kept coming and I told him off ( childish) because of his dressing and not so funky lifestyle.

Now the funky guy is married but still sleeps around. In fact, he chatted me recently, inviting me over to come spend sometime with at a friends place.
After the chat, a voice told me, that's how he would have been sleeping with women at a friends place if he married you then.
And I began to thank God cos now I why God didn't let it work.

I thank God today, I'm wiser and more mature in Christ. Hence have learnt to work with God in all I do.
Physical appearance is not always the ultimate.

See these days at youth forums, the youth are being taught how to look good and dress well. Forget o. That is why I like my denomination cos we have youth pastors that will yab some bro and sis telling them to step up and be interesting to look at.
But in all, we should not get carried away. Temperance must be observed.

Even as couples, you should be interesting to each other. Even if the bro is a holy holy type, as long as hes my husband, ha.... I must make our marriage fun and interesting o. I'm not a dull Christian.

I laugh when young ladies of today tell you they want to put their jobs/careers/businesses first without a thought to whom they get married to.
