I loaded a "handsome" quantity this morning @ N4.55 because I believe it would get close to N5.0 before mark down, fall by N0.38 and still benefit from the rise in banking stocks which should kick in next week.

Just thought I should share; not a trade advisory.

Exactly the same line of thought I had.

I don't think those quarterly rests are subjected to CBN approval before release. The results will start flowing soon, and most of them should be out before the 1st of May.
Ok. Thanks for the info. cool

It will be unaudited reports, so there will be no need for CBN approval.
You only need approval for audited accounts.
Great! So anytime from now then.

Please when is Zenith and Gtb likely to release their 1st quarter result? Considering past trend.
Closed period for Zenith is today 17th, it's just for 24 hours. Result may come out next week or this weekend self.
Could be the reason for the increased activities in the stock today.

In another news, Wapco is getting serious bashing.......Bomboclad you made the right decision.....this market can be somehow...

i bought this share at #3.50k and now they want me to sell my holdings for paltry 35k.

Lailai!!!!!

How many people will join me to fight this at their EGM and also to petition SEC?

I bought it since their private placement around N2.

A wicked lady staff of my analog broker, refused to execute my sale other when it went up to N4 those day ... the rest is history.

OK. So release of result should be after the meeting?
Thanks, we are learning. That closed period used to confuse me a little. They release result before AGM when it's for Q4.

Wapco didn't reach 13 after release of result. It got to 12.90 and reversed back.
He jumped out before the 10.70. Think he mentioned it here.
By the way, Prof, why do you want him to confess? He will deny it if there's sanction o. Lol. grin

Hello oga, you dont need to look for stockbroker in benin, when you can easily get accross or open account with MERISTEM STOCKBROKERS LTD, kindly log on to www.meritrade.com and open an account and from there you can get across to our team of expert who can help you, where ever you are.

Well, I have a lot of share certificate I need to dematerialize, and a lot of unclaimed dividend going as far back as 10 years ago. I'm tired of filling forms and sending by mail or scanned copies. They are never replied.
I bought some shares through Morgan capital and still I can't get my dividend despite filling all the papers and sending them by post since they no longer accept scanned copies.
I can't travel to Lagos just to submit transfer forms or e- dividend forms. What other options do I really have?
