Is it natural forgetting ones dream(s) before day breaks? I am in my early 30s.

I can't sleep without dreaming either good or bad but it baffles me why I can't or won't be able to remember anything from the dream when I wake up.

When you dream, wake up, write it down and sleep afterwards.................. cheesy

Dream is glimpse into happenings in the spiritual realm.

Dreams can come from 3 different sources;

1. Man
2.Demons
3.God.

Most times when you forget your dreams, it's a ploy from the enemies to make you ignorant of what is happening in the spiritual world.
It is the spiritual world that controls the physical, there's nothing that happens in the physical that is not concluded 8n the spiritual.

There are some people that are summoned to meetings and they go and commit havocs unconsciously and come back without even knowing they are witches, so sometimes, the devil steals our dream so we would not be privy to what is happening.

I have a friend that used to see herself swimming in a river, she thought it was normal until she eventually realised she belongs to the marine world after some years.

It's not normal to forget your dream.

Pray against dream thieves and also write your dreams anytime you wake up even at midnight.

I used to have that same issue too, so what I did was, once I wake I type the dream on my fone and save it.

Guess what Bro, I found out that nothing happens without me having an idea.
Most of my dream is like a prophecy and helps to guide me in some of the steps I take daily.

Bro, can't really say, i'm not God.
If I had to interpret base on basic principle of dream, it means stagnation and backwardness. 1 step forward and 10 steps backwards.
Pray against power of stagnations.
i am experiencing same thing too, I had such a dream this night places I’ve not been for years I saw my self there
I left that place since 14 years ago but last night I dream of that place.

I don't even remember let alone writing it down. Is as bad as that. Aside this suggestion, what else should I do?
To remember your dreams, swallow your saliva. It helps. As in your early morning saliva, do not pour it out.

I swear even me oooo.
I hardly remember my dreams.

But mine is not as bad as the OP's cos I remember mine immediately after the dream. But once I sleep back and wake up in the morning, I forget everything...
At times, I will remember some parts of the dream during the day. Sometimes after one week sef.

But I have never been able to remember my dreams exactly as it happened after waking up in the morning

what about dreams of dogs chasing you until you say "Blood of jesus" then it disappears. Is it dog phobia or spiritual? 1 thing that always confuse me is that Any time that I mention "Blood of Jesus" in my dream the bad dream always disappears instantly what does that means? even when someone wanna shoot me in the dream, a mention of "Blood of Jesus" and the bullet wouldn't touch me. I am confused sef. sometimes, some of these Shoes, clothes, food, or even sexual immorality that we do can attract the wrong crowd

Poster pray constantly. You will begin to remember your dreams. Also sleep with your phone beside you. I believe you wake up most times after a dream whether good or bad. In that sleepy state, I still use my phone voice recorder to record my dreams even in my sleepy state or sometimes writing it down. Funny enough the hand writing looks so terrible when I wake up. But it helps. Plus I even remember the faces in my dreams. Best of luck

See them saying forgetting dream is a plan of the enemy to make sure you don't see their intent .

Some are saying it's due to masturbation grin

Pls OP the changes in the brain that occur during sleep (REM) do not support the information processing and storage needed for memory formation to take place after a dream. Forgetting dreams is very normal. 95% of dreams are usually forgotten upon waking up.
You are right.

You don't have any problem. I'm no psychologist or a dream expert but I do know that dreams are fleeting mental images and dream recall is usually tricky and somewhat complicated. We dream throughout REM sleep phase but very little of those dreams will be remembered when we wake up. Most of the dreams we remember are only very vivid dreams. Some have more vivid dreams than others and so tend to remember more dreams. There are active steps you can take to increase chances of dream recall like keeping a dream journal and writing down your dreams immediately you wake up, trying to go to bed at the same time every night, there are even supplements to boost dream recall.

Please pay no heed to those spreading ignorance about dreams and talking about ridiculous things like 'dream thieves'. There's nothing spiritual about dreams.

Because they are just dreams, nothing more than that! If they are to be important, you will remember them. Many people forget their dreams, some don't even know they dream.

PERVENCHE:

everyone who falls asleep dreams. to remember your dream, stay still for about 4 to 5 minutes on your bed without moving or thinking when you wake up. do not give your brain any task. in this age, some may reach for their phone immediately they wake up or start their morning prayers. if you spend 5 minutes without tasking the brain or body, the brain will task itself and the 1st task is to collate your dreams. in the process of collation, you will remember your dreams. then you can pray or reach for your phone or use the bathroom etc.

some dreams are so vivid and intense we naturally remember them. others are short and transcend well may hardly recall them.

some drugs like marijuana and legally approved pharmaceutical drugs have side effects; the loss of short term memory. this can affect the brains' ability to recall and collate dreams.

like in everything in life, practice is needed. with time, you will get the hang of it.

Your observations are correct.

Why does he need dreams recall? So that he can increase his anxiety by attaching importance to what you already called fleeting images. I think it will do the guy a lot of good to take his mind off this and concentrate on something concrete and better. Whatever you don't recall as far as I am concerned shouldn't be given any importance.

It could have a spiritual undertone. So pray before you sleep and cover yourself with the blood of Jesus.

This one is often neglected but it is very important too. Cos it happens to me too. DO YOU KEEP AWAKE A LOT IN THE NIGHT? AS IN CONSECUTIVELY? IF YES, IT COULD BE AS A RESULT OF THAT. COS THE BRAIN NEEDS AT LEAST 5 TO 8 HOURS OF SLEEP. SO CONSTANTLY DEPRIVING THE BRAIN OF SLEEP AND REST WILL AFFECT YOUR MEMORY. I AM TALKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND MEDICAL STANDPOINT.

This is really true.

I used to always dream of my secondary school and the community there, like at least twice a month. In 2016, 16 years after I officially left that place, I went back to that place for a very short visit, and since then I can't remember dreaming of both school and community anymore.

The same is true for my Uni.

I believe your interpretation.
