Once you start building up a set of traits and changing your life to one of a ladies man you will also have the same success they have.
The mindset is the core of all. The reason is that the way that you believe yourself to be is reflected in a non-verbal way threw your body without you even noticing. So ifyou think you are shy or unattractive that's how you will show off.

You would bury your hands inside your pocket, do stiff body movements due to all the tension you have accumulated, look down all the time, avoid direct eye contact with others, when you speak it's in a low tone of voice nearly unhearable etc... You will act boring, dress boring, use boring and predictable lines with women, talk about boring things, and as a result women are turned off.
Most guys also are nervous and fearful around women. They’re scared of approaching, talking to, connecting to, and dealing with women. Scared of rejection, being laughed at, or just fearful in general. And guess what? Women can spot a nervous guy a mile away. He telegraphs fear in everything he does, and then women are forced to reject him. He talks too fast, uses nervous movements when he talks, and he looks scared.
Whatever happens on the outside is a reflection of what happens in the inside. If you see yourself as confident you will act confident, you won't to be scared of approaching, talking to or connecting with women.

So by improving the way you view yourself you will automatically better your life because others will see you differently. The fastest way to get a girl attention is by giving a good first impression. There is a truth in what you said.

There is a conundrum in dating advice where men suggest that your looks money or status does not matter only your personality. I won't lie to you, it matters and not only does it matter but it makes things easier.
Looks — especially your grooming and how you dress— are an important factor on the mating market, and so is your access to financial resources or popularity.
If you have no idea how to dress but think you can still get “more girls than you can handle”, you will get disappointed.

Which would you rather drive a Ferrari or a volkswagen? Most of you would pick the Ferrari. Why? Because the Ferrari looks amazing and the volkswagen not that great.

Listen, not everyone is naturally good-looking. A lot of that is genetics. But everybody can work on this aspect of their life and increase their chances of looking good . Most guys are not that handsome and Unlike ladies that wear makeup to cover up their imperfection, most of we guys cannot change our face. However, we can improve our dressing, grooming, hairstyle etc. This is how you improve your looks.

If you improve your looks you improve your chances of getting ladies. I shouldn’t have to say this, but I will continue to reiterate it for the purposes of this writeup.

You are addressed the way you dress

Your looks absolutely matter… and they matter a lot.
People want to talk about how “you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.” But that’s exactly how the world works. If you are around people, you are being judged every day. No one cares about you or your story. They want the Cliff notes. They get that by seeing how you look, getting a sense of your vibe, and seeing how you interact with others.

How does this relate to women? Well, if you’re honest with yourself you will realize that women prefer to have sex with/date dudes who they find physically attractive. Just like guys prefer having sex with physically attractive women. Women prefer having sex with physically attractive men. I really can’t make it much simpler than that.

What you need to also realize is that people, especially women, can look at you and have a pretty good idea of who you are. They know. They know what your deal is. They assume that he is timid, socially awkward, weird, and probably not on their level. There’s nothing sexual about the guy other than the fact that he probably watches a lot of porn. In many cases, they would be right.

Then they may see a Physically fitted guy dressed like a man. He walks with confidence, has a firm voice, displays strong eye contact and people seem to gravitate toward him. Women think he is handsome, sure of himself, and probably has no problem getting a girlfriend. Most of the time, they would be right.

Hygiene means a lot to women. Any man with a poor hygiene is a no to them.

Your nails must be well manicured and cut short. Keep your hair clean and apply hairgel regularly.
Always Apply deodorants and perfume after taking bath to smell nice and good. Body odour is a turn off.
Brush your teeth again when you take things like fish, it gives a fishy odour. Your Toothpaste (mouthwash) and brush do not always keep your mouth fresh. Take mint from time to time to keep it fresh. Mouth odour is a turn off
You must go for teeth/mouthwash if you have bad breadth or mouth odour.

Eat healthy food and get enough sleep

Get a good hairstyle/haircut that fits the shape of your head. Having low cut as a haircut is not that cool anymore. What is popular now is round punk, two step, mohawk etc

For those with beards. Keep it trimmed and clean ladies love it, you look mature even if you are very young.

If your beards don't come out well, or are coming out very small make sure you remove them its better for you to be without beards.
