Vaccines, like almost all therapeutic agents may have some side effects. That does not discount the overwhelming evidence that THEY WORK.

Secondly, you should note there's a limit to such rights. You can't refuse to take say vaccination against say polio and yet expect to allowed to mingle with other people.

The first verse you quoted ,God is referring to the length of Judgement day (judgement day is equivalent to to 50,000years of our worldly years) , the day of recompense. And the second verse refers to a general day with God outside this world.
