In sane climes and normal driving, you're not supposed to overtake on solid lines.

Overtake on broken lines only.

Common sense does apply when your chances of hitting another car or causing accidents are high.

2 and 4 are coming in the right direction, so 1 and 3 are at fault. 2 may also be partially wrong for trying to overtake when there are oncoming vehicles ahead.

No 3 for trying to overtake from a bend. 4 and 2 have gone a bit far from the bend while 1 and 3 are just leaving the bend and 1 is is on the right position.
