Not too late , applied to northumbria last week and they gave me unconditional offer within 3 days

If one goes in for a one year full time masters program starting this September and graduates next year, gets employed there and the person wants to do another one year masters program this time around, on a part time basis will the person be eligible?

If the person is employed and is now on Tier 2, it is possible ..yes I think so

Most likely London.
Newcastle hasn’t issued offers for a while now.

I told them to continue with the comparability assessment, and I did not remove the diploma result.
An interim report has been sent but without the assessment of the diploma.
The process took less than 2 weeks

you can still apply is not late. We are hoping the VAC will open soon.

Yes you can apply.

Schools will resume (anyhow) online or offline.
However, nobody knows exactly the answer to your second question.

Recently, my school sent me an email to complete different forms on my dashboard ie (immigration history,a copy of my passport, they’re requesting a Skype interview, and financial document)
I’ve submitted everything but I am confused about the financial documents cause

1) the money is still in my moms account

2) do I use my moms account since she’s to sponsor my academics?

3) from what month to what month do I print?

4) do I transfer the money into my account and wait 28 days before I print to submit to them?

Please can someone help me.

There’s no point rushing anything RN, the U.K. embassy isn’t even opened yet.

It's normal in preparation for CAS issuance; I guess that they are also trying to be prepared for when schools can resume traditional learning.
Yes, your mum can sponsor you so it's okay; no need to transfer to your account (parents and legal guardians are acceptable sponsors). Just print off your mum's bank statement (+ a letter of sponsorship from her) with the complete amount you require for the last 28 days and upload

The decision to pay the deposit is up to you but if you've made up your mind and you know that you won't change it, proceed. This is because if you change your mind and your school is to refund, it will be minus Administrative fees.
