Look at vehicles 1 and a closer look indicates that they are on swerve mode mostly because they are overtaking.
I'm still insisting that this is a picture from a RHD country. That would explain why vehicles 2 and 3 are properly balanced and straight faced.

Obviously it's 2 and 3. Very stupid and dangerous attempt at overtaking. We use righthand drive

The balanced position of 2 ,indicates that it must have overtaken the other vehicle at a bend,such that it did not initially see vehicle 3 that was also overtaking over a solid line.

U obviously didn't go through driving school. 2 is no longer on a bend hence the dotted lines on the road. That line indicates he is free to overtake. 3 on the other hand is still at a bend hence the solid lines on his side of the road. 3 is at fault here
