10KG ... You're really lucky to be able to add as much as that in such a short time.

I've deliberately tried to add as much as 15KG..but, damn.. It's quite difficult to even add 3KG since March.

Frequent eating isn't even helping(i eat up to 5 times daily).

I guess I'm a hard gainer

I have eaten it once at a friend's house and didn't enjoy it either. There are different ways of preparing it so maybe you haven't been lucky yet.

Just spare small time to do a read up on Non ionizing radiation of which Microwave is being categorized, under types of radiations.

I gain weight fast and also lose weight fast. If I want to lose the 10kg, I would just return to my normal routine which I find hard to do nowadays.

I got this recipe my big sis taught me. It never fails. In fact that was the juju I used to trap my wife. She took one bite and the rest is history

Below here I tried making some Turkish bread then I stuffed the cow stomach with pieces of beef and kidney then slow baked it in sand. Meat just melts in yer mouth

I think am weighing 100kg. All those learning to bake and eating them have made me put on so much weight. I fear am not going to be able to shed the fat.

Luckily, If I want to shed some weight, I just to stay away from home as much as I can. This will prevent me from rat racing to the pantry and fridge/freezer. .
