The question is a naive one... It is something that have been hard coded in us (men and women) by nature.
The good thing about it is that both parties consent to it and are OK with it.

If you the OP is not comfortable, then it is ok, but don't label the men as perverts, even older women prefer young men to help their ministry.

Psychologically, both sexes are wired that way in their later years, it depends on the state you are as of then.
