I made another batch of shortbread yesterday.
This one came out better, rolled the dough with the nylon still on it,it didn't break and was smoother.

I took the tips to prevent burning.

Have plenty of apples at home so to avoid waste, I decided to try making apple crumbles for the first time.

It was so delicious. I can’t believe I never tried it before.
