I've not sold a name before as well, but from what I've learnt, tell them that the domain is not due for transfer out(still under 60days lock) and where is is registered. They'll tell the buyer to open an account with your registrar. That's if the buyer would want a push.

Can one access these info for their claimed Premium uploaded names?

i respond "my current asking price is $x or "my asking price is $"
.. some will negotiate and eventually buy,
..Another will go to the landing page and buy without any negotiation
...some will search the domain on godaddy and buy through godaddy.com
...Some will not respond again after seeing the price.
